Places Where People
Gather This Week

The common denominator in the blogs below is about people gathering in protest or celebration.

- Protests, if well planned, lead to revolution and change. China is overdue.

- Festivals are fun and a reprieve from daily routines.

-Holidays -- one should not worship false idols, imaginary gods, or outdated myths. Is there a country any where in the world that does not have a religion system?

- Sacred sites are about frequency if your personal grid aligns to awaken to reality as a hologram, not about crumbling monuments. They all say ... "Go to the top and Remember ... Remember ...Remember ..."

The Umbrella Revolution

2014 Hong Kong Protests - Text and Images   Wikipedia

September 30, 2014

We turn our attention this week to Hong Kong where the people seek freedom and change. Again, we find the same energies of suppressed people who can no longer take it and will do anything to make change for themselves, their families, and those they know. This is not a revolution by country - this is a revolution by humanity - and it is growing. In the duality of our reality we will see positives and negatives combined with the chaos of our creation. Don't go to a metaphysical or a religious space as a solution to bring peace. Stay grounded in what is physically happening. Every sector of reality is being impacted. Consider this as part of end times and brace for impact.

Hong Kong protests   BBC - September 30, 2014

Hong Kong's protestors have been using umbrellas to block tear gas, a practice that's becoming so ubiquitous that people have even started dubbed the protests the "Umbrella Revolution." Read more...

Any visitor to Hong Kong will tell you that umbrellas are already a fixture of life in the city, essential not only for keeping yourself dry during the rainy spring and summer but also providing much-needed shade from the sun. The "world's most expensive umbrella," made of American ox-hide and using antique German frame, was made there in Hong Kong in 1994, and single-use umbrellas can be bought from vending machines in subway stations, adding only further to the item's ubiquity. Perhaps it makes sense, then, that when pro-democracy activists came out on the streets to joining the "Occupy Central" protests, many brought umbrellas with them. Read more ...

Alibaba Group is a publicly traded Hangzhou-based group of Internet-based e-commerce businesses, including business-to-business online web portals, online retail and payment services, a shopping search engine and data-centric cloud computing services. The group began in 1999 when Jack Ma founded the website Alibaba.com, a business-to-business portal to connect Chinese manufacturers with overseas buyers. In September 2013, the company sought an IPO in the United States after a deal could not be reached with Hong Kong regulators. Planning occurred over 12 months before the company's market debut in September 2014. The Alibaba ticker symbol is "BABA.N", while the pricing of the IPO initially raised US$21.8 billion, which later increased to US$25 billion, making it the largest IPO in history.

Umbrella Symbolism

The image of Chinese people protesting and carrying umbrellas took me to the

Chinese women I met on the beach in August who were carrying umbrellas.

The "Fabric of Reality" is a metaphor for the consciousness grids
that create the illusion emerging from chaos and returning at the end.

"Umbrellas" symbolize hidden information.
When the fabric is gone, the truth is revealed.

When I remote view, the symbol of a woman
walking with a parasol has to do with time travel.

Third Avenue Festival
in Bay Ridge

My friend Josephine and I spent Sunday afternoon at the 3rd Avenue Festival in Bay Ridge. Thousands of people from all walks of life lined the streets - walking past street vendors, musicians, and other entertainment for children. Our favorite part of the day was listening to do-op music and singing along. Some things never get old nor do some people. Though it was hot, it was a great way to say good-bye to summer. It almost feels like autumn - but not until Yom Kippur is over.

The Verrazano Bridge is in the background.

I think they were called the Troubadours - five guys my age from south Jersey.

Memos From the Front

We are programmed to respond to things that change reality on a global level. When someone tells you that your behavior is harming the environment, you pay attention and consider making changes, whether it's true or not. When you are told that a group meditation will raise the frequency of the planet, you go along and believe it. None of it will ever make a difference. Just sit back, relax, and allow events to unfold. Whoever, or whatever, is supposed to be in your life, will happen. Leave the window open.

Recently, I've noticed that people who have emotional problems (mostly depression) - needing drama in their lives to keep their brains focused in physical reality - have created far more intense dilemmas than they ever imagined could befall them. Much of it was based on false promises by other people they attracted into their lives to play out their dramas with. Unable to own up to their own mistakes, life just seems to be getting more and more complex, with no solution that will create the result they strive for. What they want may never be attainable and they should change direction.

You see growing violence and collapse in the world. Hopefully, you understand it is all a process. Some people think they have to argue a cause because a programmed event in their lives brought them to that point, or they feel the need to go out and physically fight, or do something to make things better, due to their own pent-up frustrations. It's what's always guided the program and what still guides the world today. Life here is stressful and getting more so every day - it's as if the more someone protests - the harder things become. By now, you know where it's all going. Just let it play out and try to have some fun along the way.

It's not just about social issues but the Earth Changes that are impacting us faster, more intensely, and affect everyone now. Yesterday, a volcano in Japan erupted killing at least 30 people. How long do you think it will be before the Pacific plate comes apart? This, as we know, will affect all of the volcanoes and tectonic plates across the globe.

Against All Odds

I talk to women ... lots of women. We no longer just discuss our personal issues, but now it's all about women's rights. Change will not come easy, if at all. You know about the frustrations of men and how they are joining groups to fight for freedom, no matter what the result. Oppressed souls want out - one way or another. As a species created by a collective unconscious, gods, aliens or whenever you see, the experiment is ending. You can taste the freedom that is forthcoming - but not as humans - as souls returning to light and consciousness. On that day, we will all celebrate.

Durga Puja

Durga Puja is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the worship of Hindu goddess Durga. Durga is a form of Devi, the supremely radiant goddess, depicted as having ten arms, riding a lion or a tiger, carrying weapons (including a lotus flower), maintaining a meditative smile, and practicing mudras, or symbolic hand gestures. Durga, meaning "the inaccessible" or "the invincible", is the most popular incarnation of Devi and one of the main forms of the Goddess Shakti in the Hindu pantheon. She is considered the supreme goddess and primary deity in Shaktism, occupying a place similar to Lord Krishna in Vaishnavism. Read more ...

In Saudi Arabia, women are not allowed to leave their homes without being accompanied by a man.

As with all religions and holidays, this is another myth one must see a such.

Should people worship false gods? Do you believe in God? In what form?

In light of current events in the middle east, this should be very interesting.

Happy thoughts for the Weekend

In the midst of the chaos and turmoil that faces the world every day - this weekend it's time to turn our attention to the wedding of George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin in Venice, Italy. Great couple, great energies, and lots of celebs. I wonder if Brad Pitt and George Clooney ever thought they get married within a few months of each other?

This is a gala event reminiscent of another wedding this year - Kim and Kanye. It's nice to be a princess which takes us to the Royal wedding of Kate and William a few years ago. What I love about George and Amal is that we don't hear about bipolar dramas in their lives. Everyone has a drama or two going on now and again - but they have it all going on minus the mental illness.

I think Brad and Angie will be there today also. Their wedding was very quiet and discrete ... and yet it made more headlines than just about anything else week with the exception of Joan Rivers. I love a happy ending and there are so few of them these days.

Have a great weekend. Here in the city the weather is perfect.

Dreams

I'm not one who has scary dreams, but since the situation with ISIS, these energies are everywhere in the grids and I wake knowing how close we are to what will be a really bad ending. World War III is here so to speak but that's only the smallest part of the equation. It's not just Al Qaeda or ISIS - it's all the other people in the world who are unhappy and frustrated needing to join a group and do something that will make a difference. Most seem to know that they will probably die but the life they are living is something they can no longer contend with.

On to NY baseball ....

Derek Jeter - A Fitting Farewell

Watch the Video

Thursday September 25, 2014

They couldn't have scripted a better ending to Derek Jeter's storybook career. From the weather to the lucky breaks both the Yankees and Jeter had, one had to wonder, "Was this guided by spirit?". As a rain soaked day became a picture perfect autumn night, nothing could stop the energies of fans and players in the stadium and at home. My friend Gabe posted on my Facebook wall, "The Yankee's ghosts were in the stadium last night. I was telling people all night the ghosts are here."

New York Yankee fans like myself, my children, and then my grandchildren, who have followed Jeter's 23 year career, will never forget the moment. My daughter Nikki emailed, "It was the only way the game and his career could have ended." My daughter Zsia emailed, "It was a classic moment in baseball history!"

It was the bottom of the 9th - the game between the NY Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles tied 5-5 - as Jeter stepped up to the plate. In one swing of the bat, he slapped his trademark single to right field. Antoan Richardson came scurrying toward home, and there was Jeter jumping up and down as he rounded first base. His teammates sprinted onto the field, the sellout crowd of 48,613 danced in the aisles, and Jeter was mobbed, giving him a hero's send-off. Yankee Stadium, which had overflowed with love for Jeter all night, erupted in the kinds of cheers reserved for the greats of Yankees history. It was an ending so perfect that even Jeter later admitted, "I wouldn't have believed it myself."

Jeter, known for his stoicism during his career, says he broke down several times during the game, retreating to the bathroom to cry, with his eyes tearing up in the ninth inning on the field. It all seemed surreal to him, but he was the hero, whether the Orioles let him win or not as they made several errors that cost them the game ... or not.

The city will celebrate today in light of a terrorist threat that I don't see happening.

Memories for us old timers ... When Jeter walked toward the dugout, there were his famous teammates from the glory days, with Mariano Rivera, Andy Pettitte, Bernie Williams and Jorge Posada hugging him, along with Hall of Fame manager Joe Torre. My childhood in Coney Island takes me to the NY Yankees and the Brooklyn Dodgers, visiting Yankee Stadium and Ebbets Field with my dad, collecting baseball cards, and watching the games with friends on black and white TV. What a difference 65 years of technology makes.

Jeter said he would not play shortstop in the Yankees' final three games at Fenway Park this weekend, preferring to have played his last game at the only position he has played in 20 big league seasons at Yankee Stadium, but would like to be the designated hitter in at least two of the games.

What will he do next? There are many options, publishing for one. I heard him tell one sports announcer that he would love to settle down and have a family. He felt the life of an athlete was not conducive to marriage and family as you miss too much. He certainly has dated his share of stunning women including Mariah Carey, Jordana Brewster, Jessica Biel, Minka Kelly, and currently model Hannah Davis.

Memos

In the summer, I usually read students going to college/university. This year, there were fewer students, but now more parents of these students are having readings. The old saying about 'empty nest syndrome' does not apply today as most parents are young, happy to be free, often changing their lives once the children are gone. This may include downsizing homes, career changes, and very often divorce. Many couples stay together until the last child has graduated from high school - karma complete - now it's my turn.

Another client pattern this month: The return of clients who were here just after I moved to Bay Ridge 23 years ago. One remembered the trees when they were smaller and the view better. All were very complimentary and had lots of catching up to do. 20 years is a long time .. so much as changed and yet is the same. The issues are the same; it's just the way we handle life that's changed.

When I book phone sessions, clients send me their phone numbers to set up an appointment. What I have discovered, as I am good with numbers, is when I see the area codes, I know where the clients live and no longer have to google the codes for city and time zone. I guess after 30+years, you learn a lot from small details to patterns of reality.

Most of us have different circles of friends as we move through our lives. Sometimes the circles include a larger number of people, but as one gets busy in life, there is a large circle filled with smaller circles as if chapters of our lives. Friends come and go as we experience and evolve. What many people are telling me is that as they get older, their circle of close friends becomes smaller. You never know when a new friend and/or relationship will come into your life. FYI - friends also include pets.

State of emergency declared for Northern California counties hit by fires (Video)   CNN - September 18, 2014
We are used to summer wildfires in California, but this year things are really bad. I'm sure by now you've read that Weed (a city in northern California) has had great loss. Weed is about 10 miles (16 km) west-northwest of Mount Shasta, a prominent northern California landmark, and the second-tallest volcano in the Cascade Range. People often go to Mount Shasta for spiritual reasons - many of whom use weed and other substances. Mountain altitude should be enough to get anyone high.

Mount Shasta

Mount Shasta, a 14,179-foot (4,322 m) stratovolcano, is the second-highest peak in the Cascade Range and the fifth highest peak in California. It is a member in the Cascade Volcanic Arc and is located in Siskiyou County, and has an estimated volume of 108 cubic miles (450 km), making it the most voluminous stratovolcano of the Cascades. Physically unconnected to any nearby mountain, and rising abruptly from miles of level ground which encircle it, Mount Shasta stands some 10,000 feet (3,000 m) above the surrounding area.

Spiritual

For the Shasta Tribe the mountain was at the center of creation. Native American lore holds that Shasta is inhabited by Spirit Chief Skell who descended from heaven to the mountain's summit to create humanity. Many spiritual groups, have been attracted to Shasta, more than any other Cascade volcano. Mt. Shasta, California, a small town near Shasta's western base, is a focal point for many of these religions. Mount Shasta has long been sacred to the Native North American Indians of Northern California. Local tribes practice healing rituals at the springs that flow from the mountain. Other rituals include Sun Dances.

The history of New Age fascination with Mount Shasta can be traced to the publication of Frederick Spencer Oliver's fantasy novel A Dweller On Two Planets. The novel is about the Lemurian race who traveled to Mount Shasta when their continent sank beneath the ocean and are now said to live inside the mountain in a series of tunnels. In the years subsequent to the publication of Oliver's book, many seeking people claimed to have encountered Lemurians at Shasta.

Guy Ballard's I Am Activity and Elizabeth Clare Prophet's Church Universal and Triumphant are probably the best-known among numerous groups to attempt to participate in, or redefine, Shasta's spiritual heritage. Many cults hold that races of sentient beings, ostensibly superior to humans, live in or on Shasta, or visit the mountain in UFOs. Lenticular clouds sometimes form over the mountain. This is a fairly typical meteorological phenomenon over high places on the earth, which is often seen and mistaken for unidentified flying objects.

Mt. Shasta is also the site of a Buddhist monastery, Shasta Abbey, founded by Houn Jiyu-Kennett in 1971. Mount Shasta City hosts 16 Christian churches. If the membership roles are combined, they would account for approximately 25 percent of the population.

The town of Mount Shasta, at the foot of the mountain, is headquarters for several New Age and other spiritual groups, some of whom regard it as a source of cosmic energy. Mount Shasta allegedly is a major energy grid point. For those who believe, it is therefore an initiation point whose energies awaken those who come to meditate, have sweat lodges and other rituals, or just to experience the energies.

Mount Shasta's energies are reported to be magnetic. It's regarded as one of the nine sacred mountains of the world. It is considered by some an entry point to another dimension and allegedly the home of the mythological underground city, Telos. Guy Ballard claims to have met ascended master St. Germain on its slopes. Every spring at the time of the full moon of Taurus, Mount Shasta holds the Wesak Festival, in honor of Buddha. This corresponds to a festival held in the Himalayas at the same time.
