SAG Awards

2016 SAG Awards

There are several award shows before the Grand Finale - the Academy Awards. Last night we got to see the nominees win SAG awards and gain recognition in their industries with brilliant dramatic and comedic performances. There is something very professional about the SAG awards without live entertainment and fanfare. There was also lots of "diversity" which has been criticized in recent weeks referencing the Academy Awards. My favorite part of the show - because it brought back so many memories for me and millions of others - was the Lifetime Achievement Award given to Carol Burnett who at 82 shows us how amazing we can be.

Tonight, we take another walk down memory lane with the live revival of

Reality TV Thursday Night

No matter how the presidential race turns out, we will all remember 2016 the year of Donald Trump. What was to be the usual establishment race to the White House ... along came Donald Trump and a few others to wake us up and bring hope for change. Well played. Yes, Donald is an insert in the hologram - often misdirecting and misdirected - but definitely taking us in a new direction. It's what we sense, it's what we want, and it's what's coming, big time - more than he knows. Is Donald Trump being played like other elected officials? We hope not but as we know - even as president - he will not run the world - but will definitely shake things up and hopefully show us the truth as things wind down.

Thursday night, I recorded several different shows switching back and forth to see which was the most entertaining. The Blacklist didn't do it for me, as I fast forwarded the episode stopping at points of interest along the way. Every once in a while, they have a show that is what I call "dark," so I don't watch most of it. That made it easier for me to go to CNN and follow the Donald Trump reality show, occasionally switching to the Republican presidential debate on FOX - the same-old same-old with some humorous comments about Donald Trump but basically boring. At various points later in Trump's event - CNN showed clips from the ongoing GOP debate - as well as Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders campaigning last night - along with commentary by others in the CNN newsroom.

The Donald Trump grand old party was pulled together in a matter of roughly 24 hours and played like a staged move by him and others - totally contrived to upstage his opponents. I was surprised to see Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum standing with Trump - but allegedly it wasn't about endorsing Trump as raising money for war veterans - or so they all said. Half the fun of watching events like this is picking through the lies and finding the underlining truths if that's possible. The game of politics is so corrupt it's hard to know who's kissing up to who and what their end games are.

It's like we have all wandered into Donald Trump's insert in the hologram - having fun observing, commenting, criticizing, and vicariously experiencing. As always there something greater going on here - some Master Plan that brings it all home. Yup! In end times, the unexpected rules.

The Democrats - no one wants Hillary Clinton based on her criminal past and the fact that she's establishment. Slowly but surely, Bernie Sanders is gaining ground. I like what he has to say - and yet still feel - even though he's a little older than me - and like me says he's in good health - he's too old to run for president. Yet weird things are happening in this election year so good luck Bernie from a Jewish girl from your old hometown of Brooklyn.

Though I know he can't win - I'd love to see Mike Bloomberg (Aquarius, turns 74 on Valentine's Day) get into the race. He said he will run if Bernie Sanders (Virgo, 74) wins the nomination ... two old Jews and two billionaires ... up against each other in the presidential race. More fun. Donald Trump - turning 70 in June (Gemini) - will be the youngest candidate in the room. It's really not about age or health at the start - but who can survive under the pressure. I also think Hillary is too old and Bill looks and sounds like his days are numbered.

Stayed tuned for the next chapter in Aquarius ... ah yes ... the unexpected.

The Real 'X-Files'? CIA Reveals Weirdest UFO Stories   Live Science - January 27, 2016
The real-life stories of UFOs would be enough for the fictional "X-Files" FBI agents Mulder and Scully to spend a lifetime investigating. With a nod to the new "X-Files" reboot (which airs on Fox on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET), the Central Intelligence Agency has released a trove of once classified documents on several real-life unidentified flying objects. Not surprisingly, many of these UFO sightings emerged in the early 1950s. The space race was on, the Cold War fears had reached a fever pitch, and science-fiction movies like "The Flying Saucer" (1950) catapulted schlocky depictions of aliens and their flying machines into the popular consciousness. In fact, by 1953, UFO mania had reached such heights that the CIA marshaled a team of scientific consultants to investigate all of the reports and review the "Unidentified Flying Object Problem," according to a 1953 memorandum by the agency.

Viruses and Other Agendas

Mulder would call Zika, AIDS, Ebola, among other viruses, government created to control population growth or eliminate certain segments of Earth's population. There is generally a cure but few know about it. Maybe I watch too many films and TV shows about this topic, but at the end of the day the facts are real. As you know our hologram is a biogenetic experiment making this experiments with in an experiments - shades of World War II and Nazi experiments. As with all things that happen in the hologram watch for misdirection and distraction from truth.

The latest virus we are facing is the Zika virus. Since the 1950s it has been known to occur within a narrow equatorial belt from Africa to Asia. In 2014, the virus spread eastward across the Pacific Ocean to French Polynesia, then to Easter Island and in 2015 to Central America, the Caribbean, and South America, where the Zika outbreak has reached pandemic levels. Zika virus is related to dengue, yellow fever, Japanese encephalitis, and West Nile viruses. The illness it causes is similar to a mild form of dengue fever, is treated by rest, and cannot yet be prevented by drugs or vaccines. There is a possible link between Zika fever and microcephaly in newborn babies by mother-to-child transmission, as well as a stronger one with neurologic conditions in infected adults, including cases of the GuillainÐBarrŽ syndrome.

How to Make Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

January 27, 2016 -- Today, I met Anthony in my local supermarket for a lesson

We added all the ingredients then stirred the milky mixture.

When it was the right consistency it looked like this ...

Stringy and lots of fun to play with

It can be twisted or more commonly sold in cheese balls.

Anthony put the cheese back in the bowl then pull out a chunk, shape it into a ball, then covered in plastic wrap.

To make the cheese salty place it in salty brine.

That's it.

Concepcion Picciotto Dies; Kept Vigil Behind White House for 3 Decades   New York Times - January 28, 2016

President Obama's closest neighbor died on Monday, just a few days after vacating the peace vigil encampment behind the White House that she had occupied for more than 30 years in what was considered the longest political protest in American history. The protester, Concepcion Picciotto, died in a Washington apartment she shared with three roommates not far from her Lafayette Square tent, said Schroeder Stribling, the executive director of N Street Village, which provides services to homeless women. Ms. Picciotto, who had been in declining health, was about 80.

The Republican presidential candidates, minus Donald J. Trump, face off tonight in Iowa, where Trump and Ted Cruz are in a furious fight to place first in Monday's caucuses. Trump's feud with the network, an influential force in Republican politics, could be one of the most consequential fights in the campaign. The campaign of Ben Carson, once an Iowa front-runner, is in disarray. With Donald Trump not part of it - hopefully this will not be about personal attacks by the candidates but more about dealing with the endless issues that face the nation and the world. Then there's the latest about Michael Bloomberg's potential run for office ... On the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders is wrestling with whether to use a tougher line of ads.

While the debate is going on ... I'll be sleeping or watching The Blacklist ... as truths surface. I'm recording both.

The more TV series I watch the more the emphasis seems to be on political corruption. I would vote for anybody who would tell us the truth about secret projects and their connection with aliens.

Eating Out Alone

Do you eat out alone? I don't because I prefer to cook my own meals. Eating out for me is a social thing based on the way my life is set up, though the trend to dining alone is increasing. I've notice that people who eat alone busy themselves by reading or with electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, and cell phones. The brain likes to keep busy no matter what the physical body is doing. Some people dine alone to relax with a glass of wine and work out issues in their minds. Others hope to meet somebody new along the way.

I prefer to do most other things alone like shop, movies, culture, travel, just about anything because I am always with Z which means another adventure. Going alone allows your soul to attract adventures you would not otherwise have as they would not be part of others' experiences.

On the road to
the White House

The White House is really white as snow clean-up continues in D.C.

Are you getting tired of political drama or are they keeping the winter interesting for you? There's five days left to the Iowa caucuses then on to New Hampshire. The next primetime Republican debate is Thursday 9 PM ET on Fox News Channel. Donald Trump announced he will skip the debate - rightly so as Megyn Kelly did not treat him fairly. Look at the PR it got her.

Blizzard of 2016 - Ellie Reporting from Brooklyn

It's so warm out I threw snowballs at my neighbor with my bare hands after he hit with one.

Brooklyn girls are bad-ass at any age.

I am such a winter person!

The white stuff - now turning black from pollution - remains a big mushy mess as the cleanup continues.

Tuesday

Blizzard: The cleanup from the weekend blizzard continues. I know how desperately people want the snow to be taken away and the city streets cleared, but this was a major blizzard and it's going to take time. With rain later today and temperatures above freezing over the next few days - the snow will melt. Dozens of schools remain closed today as parents and teachers can't get to class. The impatience level of many people surprises me. After the past two winters people should know what the deal is.

Politics: They'll be lots of press about the candidates as we get closer to the Iowa caucuses next week. It's make it or break it for many of them. Do you already have your mind made up? It's kind of becoming a guessing game. Primetime debates are live Thursday 9 PM ET on Fox News Channel. The first debate starts 7 PM ET but the main event is 9 PM ET.

Zika virus: The Zika virus is spreading from South America to North America which means it will be in Europe as well. In El Salvador the government is advising all women not to get pregnant until 2018, as it tries to deal with a mosquito-borne virus linked to brain damage in infants. The virus has also been linked to paralysis in adults; and now scientists face another ominous possibility: that on rare occasions, the virus might be transmitted through sex.

Locusts: Also out of South America - Argentina's worst plague of locusts in more than half a century is threatening sunflower and cotton crops, as well as grasslands for cattle grazing. The locusts are expected to grow to about two inches in 10 days and to mature into voracious flying swarms in search of food.

Miley Cyrus: Miley and Liam Hemsworth's engagement is officially back on. Miley returns to acting confirming that she will star in Woody Allen's new Amazon series - the project currently untitled. I think Miley is finally starting to grow up having had a lot of fun along the way.

The X-Files
Conspiracies

Reality is a conspiracy - the greatest truth being this is all an illusion, a hologram that is about to end. Is the truth still out there? It always was if you are programmed to understand it - not just in your mind but on a soul intuitive level from which we are born.

Today, most Americans - and people around the world - understand corruption in governments, religious organizations, and conspiracies that go beyond. At the end of our journey, resources are many, from bits of information channeled or dreamed, physically researched and documented, or come by covertly. We trust our instincts, psychic abilities, and people with the same gifts we possess and meet along the way.

There are many media tools that have helped us find answers - highlighted by the Internet, films, documentaries, books, images, and TV - some real - some fiction.

Sometimes, we take the information we receive and work it into our personal philosophies believing them to be true thus reinforcing our beliefs. Truth is an illusion along with Time, Space, and our experience here - and yet something about it propels us forward to get physical proof especially in the 21st-century. When the hologram ends, everyone will get it, even those who don't go in search of ...

Some people are programmed to find answers, others are programmed to never believe or quest for truth. For most there is a "crossover event" that triggers our awareness. It could be the death of somebody we love, an accident, NDE, illness, or the mini breakdown that stops us dead in our tracks. Simply put ... one's programming is what it actually creates the situation so they can move forward and make sense of what's going on today. From the healing worlds to wherever the journey takes us ... we know Time is running out ... "As is" the illusion.

In the current US presidential election Americans want anybody who is not part of the old establishment. We know the reasons why ... as everything collapses around us. The matrix/consciousness grids of the conspiracy are imploding spiraling us into freefall.

We have an interesting selection of candidates we don't like - from Donald Trump to Bernie Sanders and ready to enter the race - former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. What we are sensing is the corruption goes deeper than what billionaires - or anyone - can fix. Unfortunately the candidates have more issues than the people they wish to help. You will hear more about this as we moved to February 1 - one week from today - and the Iowa caucuses

Last season on The Blacklist - Raymond Reddington showed us how corrupt secret governments run the world. This season he expanded on that premise in the most current episode. He calls the secret government the Kabal and has introduced us to some of the players. Who does this remind you of? Other shows that are trying to portray the truth - Sunday night taking us to The X-Files.

Though Raymond Reddington has never spoken about an alien influence with the Kabal - most of us who are part of UFO extraterrestrial research - believe there is a connection that goes back to the creation of the current bio-genetic experiments in which we are all consciously partaking. How cool would it be if Reddington's daughter Elizabeth Kean - who just found out she is pregnant - has a child with unique gifts. Alas ... I do not write for the show.

Last night on the X-Files - Fox Mulder and a new character - a slick TV conspiracy theorist named Tad O'Malley - explains it all in the second half of the episode - my favorite part of the show. This has always been the ark story of the X-Files. With five remaining episodes it is hard to know where they are going to go with the ark story because some of them shows are going to other topics.

Speaking of gifted children - the topic of Fox and Dana's son - most likely a hybrid as Scully discovered her DNA is alien - probably altered - should be very interesting and I believe is the main topic of the sixth and final episode in this round of the X-Files. They mention the son is now 15 years old meaning his alien ability's would have activated and he would want answers. Sort of reminds you of Clark Kent.

Seeing Moulder and Scully together ignites us UFO buffs in the hope governments will step forward and tell us what's really going on. They won't!

Many of my clients wonder, "Where are the aliens and why are they hiding?" Lots of people have lots of answers to that question - I'm not one of them. To me aliens, mythological beings, and religious icons are just subroutines in the larger hologram to which I feel my only connection.

Episode two of The X-Files airs tonight at 8 PM Eastern standard time on Fox. Last night's episode aired after the championship football game so if you recorded it and didn't know to record the news afterwards you missed the better half of the show. Somewhere along the line FOX will rerun the episode called,"My Struggle" or there are other options to see it.

Sci-fi takes many roads and directions. In a manner of speaking our reality is sci-fi. The shows that attract us are the ones that will trigger memories and catalyze us to truth. "The truth is still out there," to quote the writer of the show and our hologram. Most people who read this blog understand the truth in so far as our brains allow at this level of consciousness. We also know we only understand the smallest fraction of what's going on and can't wait to return to that place where always understood. Take heart in knowing that you're light-years above those who dwell in the games of third dimension.

First Presidential News Conference

The power of persuasion is the hallmark of a successful politician, and it reaches its zenith at the White House. Fifty-five years ago today, five days after his inauguration, John F. Kennedy held the first presidential news conference to be broadcast live on television and radio. It was a far cry from, and much riskier than, Theodore Roosevelt's one-on-one chats with reporters while he was being shaved by the White House barber.

Kennedy's news conference was held in an auditorium at the State Department, which could hold the more than 200 reporters. He was asked 29 questions in 37 minutes. (Eerily, the final one was about vice-presidential succession.) Some advisers thought it was unwise to hold a live news conference. But Kennedy went on to master the ritual, and he held one every 16 days, on average. To prepare, his aides would try to anticipate as many of the questions as possible and would quiz him over breakfast. It's not very hard for the president to know the questions in advance.

The first woman assigned to the White House full time by a news service, Helen Thomas, is the only person to have covered news conferences by every president from Kennedy to Obama. Before she died, in 2013, the sessions were not considered over until she had said, "Thank you, Mr. President."

Monday Snow Updates

The cleanup has begun, the warming temperatures will be both a positive and a negative depending where you live, but will definitely melt the snow, and life will resume.

I was up early today to watch the X-Files then I took my wash to the laundry room. Along the way I saw children on their way to school, so I surmise the public schools in New York City are open. I'm sure they'll be closures or late openings in some districts, as we struggle in yet another episode of the human drama called "Recovery".

Are weather patterns and natural disasters controlled by either secret government or alien tech? In one manner of speaking they are but above it all everything is controlled by the hologram.

As this blizzard was so powerful- and affected so many US states - it will take time for things to go back the way they were which didn't work anyway. Again we go into survival mode.

There is only one major story today ... the storm. This one's a monster affecting 1 in 7 Americans. The way I was preparing, I must have known this would be bad. I just measured the height of my snow boots - 12 inches - this snow will be deeper. This morning, the weather man is predicting 15-20 inches here in the city with gusty winds.. The full moon will bring high tides as people brace for flooding especially as temps warm after the storm. Luckily, my weekend clients are all phone readings. What were clients and friends talking about this week ... climate change and the stock market. Tomorrow, championship football followed by "The X-Files". Rising temperatures next week will cause more than one kind of meltdown so brace for impact. Brooklyn Weather Update Stay safe.

The next award show is the SAG Awards on January 31.

February 28th brings the 2016 Academy Awards - this year more drama off screen than on about black actors overlooked by the academy. I am all for change. Diversity is definitely needed. I think Chris Tucker should host the show. I'm not a fan of Jada Pinkett Smith - always had too much attitude for me. Black or white I find the energies of "attitude" offensive. It comes from a place of anger, frustration, and usually rage - most often associated with teenagers but definitely brought into the adult world. I'm also not in favor of boycotting the Oscars. There are too many people who need to be there to network and to show support for others. A black boycott could cause greater drama and division. Then there something Sharon Osbourne said on The Talk, "there shouldn't be any award shows." Though I enjoyed them, it's like social media. If they no longer existed I would be fine with that, but as you now we are here for the emotions so they continue to the end.

Changing Your Mind

We look at the presidential candidates and feel many have changed their opinions on issues - perhaps something they voted for in the past or legislation they helped create. The past is the past and as we know the name of our game is Change. The world is a forever changing place which reflects in the stands we take on issues and the choices we make in our lives. To always be of the same opinion is to be narrow-minded and not willing to look at new paradigms created for experience. The candidates, like the rest of us, have the right to change their opinions based on current events.

Do you change your mind frequently? This can be based on your emotions, insecurities, synchronicities that bring change to your life, or your natural inability to focus and make a decision. People who are needy and always seek device from you can be annoying. Perhaps they have unresolved issues from their relationships with their parents or mental illness and can't think clearly. They may worry about rejection if making the wrong decision due to either failure or success. At the end of the day, these people will listen to you but ultimately go as programmed.

Self-Destructive Behavior

Another pattern, or human archetype, is self-destructive behavior. Humans, as you know, more often than not are guided by negative emotions which cause sabotage and self-destructive behavior. It is how they are programmed to experience the full gamut of emotions. This will always be the case in one form or another. Pointing out human shortcomings makes us aware, but does not change the fact that that is our programming and we "blow things up". Luckily there are people who are balanced and live their lives accordingly, to offset the negativity or Stephen Hawking would be right and humanity long ago would have ceased to exist ... or did it and we just keep imploding and rebooting experiences with new inserts. (that feels right)

Hawking: Humans at risk of lethal 'own goal'   BBC - January 19, 2016
Humanity is at risk from a series of dangers of our own making, according to Prof Stephen Hawking. Nuclear war, global warming and genetically-engineered viruses are among the scenarios which he singles out. Further progress in science and technology will create new ways things can go wrong. Prof Hawking is giving this year's BBC Reith Lectures, which explore research into black holes, and his warning came in answer to audience questions. He says that assuming humanity eventually establishes colonies on other worlds, it will be able to survive. Although the chance of a disaster to planet Earth in a given year may be quite low, it adds up over time, and becomes a near certainty in the next thousand or ten thousand years. By that time we should have spread out into space, and to other stars, so a disaster on Earth would not mean the end of the human race. However, we will not establish self-sustaining colonies in space for at least the next hundred years, so we have to be very careful in this period.

Major winter storm forecast for Northeast -- but will it come?   CNN - January 19, 2016
