50 years ago ... Yuri Gagarin, a Soviet pilot and cosmonaut, became the first human to journey into outer space when his Vostok spacecraft completed an orbit of the Earth. On Tuesday, the world will be awash with talk of courage and vision as it looks back on 50 years of manned space flight, a trail blazed by Yuri Gagarin's 108-minute trip around the planet. Gagarin became an international celebrity, and was awarded many medals and honors, including Hero of the Soviet Union. Vostok 1 marked his only spaceflight, but he served as backup to the Soyuz 1 mission, which ended in a fatal crash. Gagarin later became deputy training director of the Cosmonaut Training Centre outside Moscow, which was later named after him. Gagarin died when a training jet he was piloting crashed in 1968.

Shirley MacLaine

Monday on Oprah, Shirley MacLaine discussed her thoughts on 2012 and the fate of the world, reincarnation, UFO's and related topics. It would appear that most people in the audience have heard of 2012. Shirley talked about the celestial alignment that takes place on that date when the solar system aligns with the galactic center for the first time in 26,000 years. That carries with it a very profound electromagnetic frequency and gravitational pull that affects weather patterns, consciousness, and our sense of reality. (We are feeling it already).

This has also created a sense of acceleration ... speed ... and many people don't know what is happening to them and what to do about it. Shirley goes on to explain the end of the 26,000 cycles based on the precession of the equinoxes. It is possible we could be on the threshold of a new beginning. There is a psychic and spiritual pressure many feel, that has to do with awakening and getting your act together. The goal is to find out who you are and who you're not. It's all about choosing to wake up to your true self. If you study metaphysics, the information has been out there for decades - self empowerment 101 - all recycled - but is self defeating as the program tells you to do one thing, then creates endless dramas in contradiction - a Catch 22 if you will.

When grid (universe) frequencies accelerate and magnetics decrease, the sense of time is altered and appears to be losing its integrity ... we are running out of linear time. It's all part of the closure of the program and presented well by Oprah and Shirley. To work on yourself, or find yourself, is to create balance in brain chemistry, and eventually see the truth behind the illusion.

Shirley talks about changing weather patterns, but not accelerating natural disasters, which have a far greater impact on consciousness awakening, and the conclusions people are making about end times - that which sends them on a quest for answers and why reality is unfolding as it is now - technology created in this timeline not by accident but to help shape consciousness.

The only thing amiss about 2012 in mass consciousness, is the truth about reality as a simulation created for learning and experience. When people figure that one out, and they are on a subconscious level, everything changes (soon that information will spike in the grid). Previous blogs talked about people guided to walk away from their jobs even in a bad economy, as if internally driven (DNA). They are going to find the truth.

Shirley described UFOs over her home as clouds. She mentioned the numerous sightings in Mexico - ships coming in and out of Mt. Popocatepetl as seen by multiple witnesses. Mexico (Quetzalcoatl territory, 2012, Mayan Calendar by association), is linked to New Mexico where Shirley lives. It is also the home of the 1947 Roswell UFO crash, now back in the news.

Big Play

Spring always brings changes and with that a need to be free - especially as it applies to the workplace. No one wants to work anymore. Everyone wants to get out and play - but not 'little play' ... this is about 'big play'- doing something they've always wanted to do..

There are external and internal driving forces to that end, one of them being the close of of our consciousness simulation. The need is to get out, see the world, and explore interesting options. All have the freedom of choice about their lives and their finances if careful with spending. Further, all have the ability to get a job after time away, or actually plan a change in career if it comes along.

If affordable, people are retiring early, so with plans, others without. People I know who formerly loved their hectic high paying jobs, now tell me they are boring and offer no challenges. It certainly is restless out there.

Recent examples.

Another male neighbor, age 32, told me he quit his accounting job after 10 years and has no idea where he wants to go - just that needs to take a year off. He has actually spent the past few weeks working as a movie extra and loving it because he gets to meet hot girls.

Another neighbor is taking 6-12 months off from his job to travel and decided if he wants to live in the city anymore as his company has offices around the world.

A friend has decided to work part time and 4-day weekends away. Full time work has too many pressures.

What's interesting is that all of these people are not worried about money, planning carefully. They do not adhere to the metaphysical philosophy that you can always manifest it as witnessed by the changes since the recession began. They simple have enough money to take time off for personal reasons and have that 'now or never' feeling. FYI, none of them have serious emotional challenges or addiction issues.

The Shut Down - Part II

Is this the 11th hour reprieve I saw? I wonder how many people would love to change the way our government is run ... mostly to get to the truth ... about everything. It would be like getting rid of Zahi and finally having to freedom to explore secrets that go back for centuries if not millennia. There is a connection between ancient Egypt and our political system. Shut it down and go beyond WikiLeaks.

So what happens to human consciousness if they discover they are projected illusion in a hologram? The hologram stops because souls understand. Next ....

Meanwhile back in Simulation 2011 ... Imagine the governments shutting down and we get into the real Vatican secrets (get rid of Berlusconi), Area 51 and other facilities, sending back images and videos through the Internet which explain the truth about the simulation. How suppressed and intimated are we, that in 2011 we can't take a stand and do it? I think I dislike government hypocrisy as much as religious mind control. Sadly we are genetically encoded as a malevolent race, and not capable of successfully ruling the world. That all ends soon.

Now consider this ... throughout time people believed in all things religious that guided and controlled them. Today people believe in concepts like anchoring in a new Earth, and other metaphysical misconceptions. Their gods are white light beings, aliens, angels, ascended masters, other, who will guide them to love and light. Ridiculous. More busy work.

What if ... this group's consciousness (car, vehicle) evolves higher and higher and suddenly reaches an END where all they saw were the grids, like in The 13th Floor? Surprise !! Time to wake up from the simulation.

Simulations

Two Syfy series are using the 'simulation theme' -- characters knowing they are caught up in a simulation. Monday night on Stargate Universe, in an episode called "Seizure", Dr. Rush enters a simulation where his deceased girlfriend's conscious has been stored. Hey .. even a simulation needs stimulation.

On an upcoming Sanctuary, the cast is trapped in a simulation that appears linked to WWII (got the message). The end of the clip is like the wake-up moments in The Thirteenth Floor where the main characters wake up in the simulation chamber after realizing it's not real.

At the end of the video Vincent D¹Onofrio asks, "What did you do to the world?"

Craig Bierko replies, "Turned it off."

This is what I have always believed I am here to do. Every day I feel more disconnected from events in the program as if a fading memory. We are close to ending our simulation. When I see people rushing about, it's almost like they know it's going to end and they want to have their last experiences, or to complete their Karma .. now definitely an outdated concept. Look at Charlie Sheen. I haven't blogged about him, but he is either the world's best actor, or he is in the throes of a breakdown after substance abuse. What's sad is how people keep wanting more.

Thursday morning I woke up with a start and looked at the clock on the night stand: 4:22. Falling back to sleep, I heard, "Write this down." Ellie scribbling in the dark. "4:22 is a date not a time. Something big is going to happen and no one will see it coming." I fell back to sleep my writing pad and pencil falling to the floor. We shall see.

With the prospect of a federal government shutdown looming ever closer--the current continuing resolution runs through April 8--politicians in both parties are sounding the alarm about the perils that may lie ahead. The 17 government shutdowns since 1977 have all been blips on the radar, with the longest lasting 21 days, from December 15, 1995, to January 6, 1996. So what really happens when the government is shuttered? Not much. During the 21-day shutdown, less than 15 percent of the federal workforce was actually idled.

Government museums close; people can't apply for passports; tourism takes a hit. But the Office of Management and Budget, which set the basic rules for shutdowns back in 1981, stipulates that agencies continue to conduct essential activities "to protect life and property."

How We Communicate

Friends and I often talk about the way people communicate these days - no longer using a phone, but by texting or email - voicemail often a thing of the past for many.

Back in the day, I would receive lots of postal mail each day, but not anymore. Everything is electronic - from business to personal - with few exceptions. Many days I don't go to the mailbox at all.

In 2010, I bought the Samsung Epic and really enjoy it, but don't use it the way the average person on the go does, as I work from home. These phones are computers and are very cool.

Though most people love to get email and text all day, at my age, and busy schedule, I find it too time consuming when I could talk to the person on the phone and take care of business far more quickly and efficiently that way. FYI -- Since I started this blog, I was interrupted by 4 business emails that needed my immediate attention.

Now let's talk about clients. They generally make payment, send me an email and want to know my availability. My availability? When? I find it a waste of my time trying to coordinate their appointment that way ... back and forth in emails when I'm busy with other things ... when a simple call is all that is needed and everyone is happy.

What is great about text messages are, they are very short. Yeah! Some people still send me long emails about whatever, when I never read past the second sentence, unless business, and reply as if a text. That makes texting most efficient. So for me it's a phone call or a very short email or text.

Not sure what your life is like, but times are changing and everything is moving faster.

When clients are here and we use my computer, we often talk about my blogs. Many tell me they prefer them short and succinct, as they have little time to read, or only get to read them on weekends.

I enjoy blogging, working on Crystalinks, but not email unless very short and the subject matches the text in the email. FYI - I currently publish three blogs most days -- Ellie's World, Crystalinks Home Page, and Crystalinks Ezine, then there's archiving and cross referencing. I'm getting tired. Time to cut back, go out and play in the spring, and start texting.

Stress Awareness Month

April is Stress Awareness Month, Alcohol Awareness Month, and in these times of economic turmoil, US Income Tax Day. This is an interesting pattern as they are all connected to coping with life's issues.

We all get stressed from time to time, finding coping mechanisms to help balance brain chemistry. Short term stress is no biggie, but long term ... forget about it.

After 15 years of blogging on Crystalinks, I've written dozens of articles about dealing with stress from a spiritual to an emotional perspective, most recently One Deep Breath.

From Yoga and Meditation to Holistic Remedies to Western medicine and needed medication - we all know what we have to do, or how to search online for help.

If you are programmed for drama and stress, you will continue on and not find a way out, but the day that part of your programming ends, you'll say, "I'm changing my life forever."

There are all sorts of exercises one can do to relieve stress, but what I have found as a therapist and psychic is that people stay stressed until they can't handle it anymore. By that time many have achieved the goal of the stress -- disability and not having to work, ending a bad relationship or job, not playing the victim, etc.

There are endless self-help and self-awareness gurus, books, CD's and systems on the Internet that teach you how to relieve stress, but as I always blog, they are all the same, with a different twist and someone who wants to be rich and famous by healing and helping others.

If you read that stress is a good thing and teaches lessons, move to the next article. Stress may propel you on, but if the soul's not ready, the person will burn out.

Align with this thought ... Stress kills.

Metaphysics 101

In 30 years as a psychic, I wish I had a dollar for every client who has tried one or more healing systems and is through with them. That is when they come to me for truth, most fully capable of writing a book and creating their own system, but as I point out, healing others is often more depleting than working on yourself, so please be careful. Even the healers I know are burning out and want to know what's next. Just look around at events on the planet.

How do I know when a person is stressed? Their aura is static, their mind unfocused when I align my grid to their's for a medical scan, their timelines are inconsistent, but most of all, the look in their eyes say they are stressed or burned out.

When the emotional body is stressed - the physical body will suffer - illnesses, accidents, breakdowns. Depression brings autoimmune diseases and so on.

April is Aries, a fire sign ruled by Mars so the stressed person can be explosive especially if they are a substance abuser. In 2011 Mercury is Retrograde. Oy veh!

Of course you knew all of the above ... so why did I blog it ... because people expect me to and it makes good copy.

You know my theory ... humor is the key that unlocks the emotional codes of reality. Music works. Love works. Hugs work. Nature works. Great sex works. I leave you with that visual ....

Campus Real Estate

In 2009, I read a man who is involved in real estate for off campus living (east coast) and had done very well over the decades. With the real estate market in trouble, he came to talk about a piece of property near a college campus that has come available and is well suited for students. I told him to go ahead and purchase it. He did and has returned to thank me and have another reading. At the end of the day, this is still a good place to put your money. Students need a college degree and a place to live away from home.

In today's world we know the importance of a college education (continuing education) as high school, unless specialized, does not prepare students for a career. As a former high school teacher, I would completely change curriculum designing it to today's world and allowing students to train in whatever field they might want to explore.

Did you know that many of the career options students will seek after high school and college, haven't been created yet? Students, more than anyone, understand the rapid changes in the world.

With campus living .. some students study better living alone, others like roommates, and as some things never change ... it's always about sex, drugs and rock and roll ... some get it .. some don't ... but most do.

Getting an off campus apartment (if your college allows it) is an appealing option for many college students. However, living outside of the university system has its advantages and disadvantages, freedoms and responsibilities. Know yourself ... know your child.

My children lived on campus as undergraduates, then lived off-campus while taking their masters. Like me, it was all complete by age 21 then on with a career and life.

If you're in that age group, and thinking about marriage ... ask yourself ... "Is this the last person I am going to sleep with?"

We know we're not here. We are outside the program, playing a 'game' with others of like mind. We place inserts into the program and play with time. Characters move in and out of the game. What would the goal be? Knowledge? experience?

In the beginning ... the consciousness program created what we call aliens who created humans in a hierarchy (chain) of events, humanity least aware. Aliens as creators is one of many theories, though not exactly true.

Aliens live among us. They visit here. 'We' created 'them'.

Which group do you belong to or do you agree with me - it's all a biogenetic experiment - a hologram?

It is so wet here... never have such recorded falls of rain and storms happened. Very unusual for Australia. If talking to the general population, they believe that all the flooding and storms are because of climate change. If you are talking to spiritual persons, they are saying that it is about transformation and change in the flow of the Universe. If you are talking to religious people, they talk about end times.

Theories and More Theories ... They will accelerate in end times.

While doing the radio show with Mr. Emoto, you may have noticed that I never stated that I believe meditations, global or otherwise, will change the water from radioactive to pure. Scientifically it is impossible. Mr. Emoto asked why science does not go along with his theories. In 'physical' reality, one must have 'physical' proof and clearly last week was a failed attempt. We are not programmed to cure things, just to deal with them.

Misconception: When one moves into higher consciousness, there a tendency to believe they control the program with their thoughts as it is all a consciousness hologram. This is not true, just something the program allows people who need to find personal power, to believe, especially in end times. It's all frequency and harmonics. To raise frequency is one thing. Then to maintain that frequency in daily life, is another. At the end of the day ... it's going to hit the fan and everybody has a sense of it.

So what do you do if you 'get it' and people start asking questions. This is your call. Be truthful in a non assertive way. You are planting a seed, that's all you can do. Their grid programming has to align with the real deal.

Last June, when I interviewed Sylvia Browne, she said the tectonic plates would stop breaking, not so, but I didn't argue as she sees continuity like most metaphysical people, especially those whose back stories are about overcoming obstacles. Some are stuck in their back stories to give life purpose.

People are programmed to believe that the program will self correct, or the good vs. bad alien (gods) theories in duality will win out, or whatever. None of that is so. Physical reality is ending and there is no anchoring in of another Earth. I guess that helps others overcome fear, but what a surprise they'll have to know that this part of the illusion.

Here's a good place to visit when you have time -- Ancient Aliens History Channel - YouTube. My favorite show had to do with alien-human hybrids and flood stories all of which gives meaning to what is going on now, if you are playing in the hologram. It basically states that aliens create human hybrids, study them, then wipe them out, saving the most advanced, evolving their DNA to higher and higher levels, then watching the programs unfold ... flood stories ... start again. There are so many metaphors here I could go on and on.. "Gods and Aliens"

Triggering End Time Myths

Do you believe you lived in Atlantis (the Atlantean grid)? Were you a teacher, healer, priest, record keeper, crystal worker? Did you travel off-planet? Have you been getting information from that grid in this timeline? Does it speak of catastrophic end times? Did you drown, escape in a UFO with Tehuti/Thoth to go on to another program? Did you live in love and light (doubtful in any physical program)? Does the earthquake in Crete and surrounding areas trigger something for you? Are the grids aligning between Atlantis and Earth 2012? Are the heavens aligning? Are we finally advanced to see the truth and close the program? Yes!

The Aegean Sea - takes us to Santorini (Thera) - mythical Atlantis - Antarctica, the Piri Reis Map, the Theory of Crustal Displacement advanced civilizations that once lived on Earth, Ancient Alien Theory ... etc.

If memory serves - the Dardanelles ... Submarine Volcano Marsili ... the Strait of Gibraltar ... and all grids connected ... are aligning for closure. Bear in mind these are all programs in a grid (subroutines in a simulation) that is about to blip out of existence. The time grows close to leave.

The Aegean

Once we head out to the Aegean Sea (of consciousness) - we go to Santorini (Thera) - Plato's Theories of Atlantis - Antarctica, the Piri Reis Map, the Theory of Crustal Displacement advanced civilizations that once lived on Earth, Ancient Alien Theory and all grids related that seem to be closing in. Bear in mind these are all programs in a grid (subroutines in a simulation) that is about to blip out of existence.

If only people understood the nature of reality as a holographic study of emotions. FYI ... as we get ready to leave here ... and time grows close ... we are NOT anchoring in a new Earth or anything else corny like that some people are programed to believe. It's all over like the experiences in the film "Inception" created by the minds (consciousness) of the architects that end when they wake up.

On Friday morning, while reading a client in Alabama, we discussed earthquakes that are now global in end times. I mentioned to her that Europe has been quiet but to watch out for Greece.

Titan

This week, Mercury highlighted the news and this blog. Now we move on to Saturn and this really cool photo. There's April showers in the city today, but it's also raining on Titan - the largest moon of Saturn, the only natural satellite known to have a dense atmosphere, and the only object other than Earth for which clear evidence of stable bodies of surface liquid has been found. The satellite has thus been cited as a possible host for microbial extraterrestrial life or, at least, as a prebiotic environment rich in complex organic chemistry.

Lightning could also be possible in Titan's thick, nitrogen-rich atmosphere.

Saturn will star Sunday evening SoCal - April 1, 2011

Saturn will be at its best and brightest on Sunday evening and will be the only planet in the evening sky all month. The planet will be so bright, viewers won't necessarily need a telescope to see its rings. A set of binoculars with at least 20-power magnification will be sufficient, said Tyler Nordgren, a physics professor at the University of Redlands. Saturn takes its starring role in the sky each April, when the planet is in opposition to the sun. That means that as the sun sets in the west, Saturn rises in the east. To the naked eye, Saturn looks like a bright, golden-colored star that does not flicker. On Sunday, it will rise at 7:06 p.m.

Thursday morning ... Today is another one of those days when a stretch limo comes to whisk me away to the city to read clients. Sounds like a plan. The weather man reported, "March came in like a Lion and goes out like a Lion," referring to snow that is due to hit our area tonight - hopeful north of the city. Is that an April Fool's Day joke? I don't think people in the city are laughing.

Egyptian Antiquities Minister Returns Less Than a Month After Quitting New York Times - March 30, 2011

Zahi Hawass, who resigned as Egypt¹s minister of antiquities less than a month ago under criticism for his close ties to former President Hosni Mubarak, was reappointed to the post on Wednesday. Mr. Hawass, who has never been accused of being humble, said that he did not ask to come back, but that there was no one else who could do the job. "I cannot live without antiquities, and antiquities cannot live without me," he said.

You may remember Joy started my journey on BTR when she invited me to co-host and interview with Japanese American physicists Dr. Michio Kaku in 2009. From there I went on to do my own show for a while, but then got too busy to commit - featuring shows from time to time.

Interesting ... yesterday morning I updated the Rosslyn Chapel file because somebody wrote to me about Stuart Mitchell's research - which took me back to cymatics - sound vibration and the sacred geometric patterns of creation. At the end of the day, you know what I believe. I feel badly for the people of Japan and others around the world fighting for freedom, but so it was written, so has it always been, and so shall it play out. The end of a program is filled with drama and destruction that no one - or nothing - can change. Fear creates detachment from the physical grid in the end. The best you can do for yourself is to understand the nature of reality as an illusion and go from there.

Mercury was known to the ancient Chinese and Hindus, and was found in Egyptian tombs that date from 1500 BC.

In China, India and Tibet, Mercury use was thought to prolong life, heal fractures, and maintain generally good health. China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang Di was said to have been buried in a tomb that contained rivers of flowing mercury, representative of the rivers of China. He was ultimately driven insane and killed by mercury pills intended to give him eternal life.

The ancient Greeks used mercury in ointments and the Romans used it in cosmetics. By 500 BC mercury was used to make amalgams with other metals. The Indian word for alchemy is Rasavatam which means 'the way of mercury.

Alchemists often thought of Mercury as the First Matter from which all metals were formed. Different metals could be produced by varying the quality and quantity of sulfur contained within the mercury. An ability to transform mercury into any metal resulted from the essentially mercurial quality of all metals. The purest of these was gold, and mercury was required for the transmutation of base (or impure) metals into gold as was the goal of many alchemists.

Hg is the modern chemical symbol for mercury. It comes from hydrargyrum, a Latinized form of the Greek word "hydrargyros", which is a compound word meaning 'water' and 'silver' - since it is liquid, like water, and yet has a silvery metallic sheen.

The element was named after the Roman god Mercury, known for speed and mobility. It is associated with the planet Mercury.

The astrological symbol for the planet is also

one of the alchemical symbols for the metal.

Mercury is the only metal for which the alchemical

planetary name became the common name.

Dreams ... Integrated Consciousness

Monday .... Some time in the early morning hours, Eastern Time, I dreamed about another earthquake in Japan and people running to safety. I never dream about natural disasters, so this was a first for me. The sad, yet interesting part about the dream, that seems to have become a pattern in my current dreams, is that I am not Ellie but I momentarily take on the role of a character in the dream - while still aware of who I am. In the Japan dream, as I was running with other people, a child, about three years of age, was standing alone crying out for its mother. Suddenly I realized that I was in the physical body of the mother, my Ellie consciousness having merged with hers. Maybe we are one soul have experiences in this part of the hologram? I reasoned as I turned and ran to get the child.

I have to wonder if this is happening because we are all merging back into one, I am very adept at moving my consciousness into someone's body which I often do during a reading, Japan is spiking in the emotional grid where another disaster awaits especially as they host a supervolcano, or something else. Meanwhile back in Japan while I was dreaming .... and we are all dreaming waiting for something more that shakes us back into consciousness ...

While updating the file about Mercury (the planet closest to our sun), I discovered the Babylonians called it Nabu (sounds a lot like Nibiru) after the messenger to the gods in their mythology. Nabu is the Assyrian and Babylonian god of wisdom and writing (Thoth in Egypt). Nabu was worshipped by Babylonians as the son of Marduk - (mythological Sumerian Gods who created this reality). There is a connection here between the epitome of events (closing) of our program and Mercury.

The energies begin now so plan for it, especially with reality changing so unpredictability. Expect the unexpected and be careful what you do and say. Don't make major decisions - you'll change your mind, especially as this is the time of the year relationships end. Mercury is the God of Transportation and Communication so apply where needed.

In Astrology when planets are in their period of retrograde motion as seen from Earth, it is considered to be a time of the negative traits and a general duration of the inauspicious qualities of that planet. For example, when Mercury is in retrograde, it is considered to be a time of problems with interaction, travel and even the simple basic workings of things. It is also thought that the general averse aspects of a retrograde planetary motion carry over into the lives of the people born under them as a part of their lifetime astrological chart.

Mercury MESSENGER 2011

The MErcury Surface, Space ENvironment, GEochemistry and Ranging (MESSENGER) probe is a 485-kilogram (1067 pound) robotic American space probe in orbit around the planet Mercury. It was launched by NASA in August 2004 to study the chemical composition, geology, and the magnetic field of Mercury. It became the second mission to reach Mercury successfully. MESSENGER is the first spacecraft to orbit the planet Mercury. Its instruments performed well on a complex series of flybys of Earth (once), Venus (twice), and Mercury itself (three times). These allowed the craft to be slowed relative to Mercury with minimal fuel.

MESSENGER successfully entered Mercury orbit on March 18, 2011.

The craft's science instruments were reactivated March 24, 2011.

Earth Hour is a global event organized by WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature, also known as World Wildlife Fund) and is held on the last Saturday of March annually, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change. Earth Hour was conceived by WWF and The Sydney Morning Herald in 2007, when 2.2 million residents of Sydney participated by turning off all non-essential lights. Following Sydney's lead, many other cities around the world adopted the event in 2008. Earth Hour 2011 will take place on March 26, 2011 from 8:30p.m. to 9:30p.m., at participants' respective local time.

José Argüelles was a world-renowned author, artist, and educator. He was the founder of Planet Art Network and the Foundation for the Law of Time. He held a Ph.D. in Art History and Aesthetics from the University of Chicago, and taught at numerous colleges, including Princeton University and the San Francisco Art Institute.

In 1987, the year in which he held the Harmonic Convergence event, Argüelles settled on the date of December 21 in his book The Mayan Factor: Path Beyond Technology, in which he claimed on that date the Earth would pass through a great "beam" from the centre of the Galaxy, and that the Maya aligned their calendar in anticipation of that event.
