Cory Monteith was in a relationship with his Glee co-star, American actress Lea Michele, until his death. On March 31, 2013, it was announced that Monteith had voluntarily admitted himself into a treatment facility for substance addiction. He had previously received substance abuse treatment over a decade earlier, when he was nineteen. His treatment was completed on April 26, 2013. On July 13, 2013, at the age of 31, Monteith was found dead in his room at The Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia. He had been scheduled to check out on July 13, but when he failed to do so, hotel staff entered his room and discovered his body. Although Vancouver police said the cause of death was not immediately apparent, foul play was ruled out. An autopsy is scheduled for July 15. Monteith's publicist issued this brief statement following the police news conference, "We are so saddened to confirm that the reports on the death of Cory Monteith are accurate. We are in shock and mourning this tragic loss."

Paris Jackson

Paris Jackson is a beautiful teen who finds it hard to deal with the truth about Michael Jackson, among other issues that would drive anyone to suicide. Hopefully she will not get hooked on meds or other substances. She should not return to the home she shares with her brothers and Katherine Jackson and be surrounded by all the Jackson dramas.

There was nothing normal about her life with Michael Jackson, though she may have thought so. Michael may have been talented and loved his children in his own way, but he had many secrets and flaws we all know about, that could no longer be kept from his children. Is there something Paris witnessed in her childhood that haunts her today. Look at the case of Wade Robson the most recent accuser of molestation by Michael Jackson. It is obvious that Michael molested young boys, was gay, was a substance abuser, and suffered from mental illness. All you had to do was look at the way he mutilated his face, to understand that he needed help. He was bound to burn out at an early age.

Life with him and his family in the UK might be a great idea in the future, with visits from her mom Debbie and her brothers. Paris' mom, Debbie, would be a good choice to raise her, except that Paris is a city girl who would never be happy living on a ranch - perhaps spending time there - but not full time. Also Debbie does not have the background to care for Paris' emotional problems at this point. Mentally ill teens, who follow the same path as Paris, need years of therapy, and a chance to grow up, to heal. Perhaps, like Angelina Jolie, she will reach that point when she has a family of her own one day. Paris will either appreciate or resent the adults in her life one day for sending her to rehab. I hope her time there helps.

Blanket always looks angry. He'll also have emotional problems and related when he hits teen years. I think he's adopted through someone Michael knew and trusted. He looks Mexican and his heritage should be traceable.

Celebrity Children in the News

This weekend, swarms of people, photographers, and reporters are camped outside St. Mary's Hospital awaiting the birth of another heir to the British throne - to be born to Kate and William. I don't quite understand why they are there, as babies are often late, but I guess you never know. Kate carried small for most of her pregnancy, so this can take a bit longer than expected. In all, it will be a grand celebration and a beautify baby.

Other famous children born close to Bastille Day are Knox and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, who turned five yesterday, July 12, 2013. I remember when they were born in a hospital on the French Riviera, and all the fanfare, as if royalty. I enjoy watching Brad and Angie's kids grow up, and the twins are gorgeous.

This week Suri Cruise, Tom's daughter, told the paparazzi off, and who can blame her. Many celebs are shielding their children from the paparazzi these days.

Why would Kim Kardasian name her baby North West? I am not a fan of the Kardasians. Kanya's interest in her pregnancy was limited at best as he clearly does not fit into the media circus that surrounds her family. This relationship won't last.

Motivational Meetings

Have you ever been to an Inspirational / Motivational Meeting where someone pitches their products on how you can change your life for the better? This all goes to mass psychological conditioning and always has an evangelist quality to me. You'll never catch me at one of those meetings, buying into the system of a wounded soul, whose personal life may leave a lot to be desired. This has been the case since the beginning of time - as has everything else. Everything we do today - to heal and help - is just an updated version of past programs set in a new venue each year.

The participants ... sit in a room and seem mesmerized by what is being told to them. They believe ... oh Lord ... they believe!

The forum ... a wounded soul, who has overcome great obstacles, now shares their story and makes you believe you too can overcome challenges that are driving you crazy and wearing you down. Your fears will be gone and you will be empowered after which you can go out and become a facilitator - or sales rep - for their product or service. And people are still programmed to buy into this philosophy ... amazing. We've got substance abusers, overeaters, and those severely abused, who need help. The speaker will tap their fears, resources, and perhaps something more. They preach things like, "Empower yourself from the inside out," followed by a gesture that represents peace, they may bow, and in closing add, "Thank you."

If you've evaluated your personal patterns - and that of reality - you know motivational meetings and such will get you thinking and perhaps out of your slump but eventually they will no longer be effective - so then what? Don't play anymore. Handle your life as best you can with diet and exercise (yoga) that works for your age and body type, sleep, find one simple thing that you can do every day to be at peace like reading, walking, thinking about someone you love who also loves you ... then just sit back in a quiet place you create, and let the rest of the program roll out. Be prepared for any contingency - natural disaster, economic crash, other. Not much else you can do beyond your programming here but understand the nature of reality.

If you plan to attend a motivational meeting or retreat this summer, your soul has guided you there to understand what makes you tick. ... Tick tock !

Change Blindness

In order to write a daily blog, one must call on different sources that readers can relate to. Blogs may reflect personal experiences, something going on in the world, or with today's blog, the theme on the TV show Perception - "Change Blindness" - which occurs when there is a change in visual stimulus that goes unnoticed by the observer because they are focused on other things. As one who majored in Psychology, and enjoys the explanations presented on the show such as - reality is a hologram and the brain is a computer - this week's topic really caught my eye.

Reality as we experience it in linear time is about perception ... more to the point ... the "F" word. Ha ... I got your attention ... but the word I am referring to is "Focus!" If this was a blog about sex, you would read it ... perhaps reread it ... but alas it is another blog about the brain ... which by the way affects sex and the way we perceive and experience it.

The brain processes by binary code - the On Off On Off mechanism that sometimes misses a beat and fills in the blanks based on its programmed experiences.

The brain also has a blind spot, so all of what is presented visually is not processed. The reason you never notice this blind spot is because your brain has learned to automatically fill in the blanks. When emotions kick in, and you know what you want to see, or expect to see in the flow of events, the neocortex turns that expectation in virtual reality - which reflects the nature of our experience.

Multitasking

Change Blindness takes us to the Multitasking ... or how well can the brain can fully focus on more than one situation at a time. The answer depends on the brain in question. The brain as a computer, is programmed to process differently for each of us, based on internal and external factors.

How well can you simultaneously perform several tasks successfully and grasp everything? Though you may think you're good at it, I don't believe most people can do it effectively.

The brain as we know is busy multitasking on many level of awareness at the same time. The dream you had didn't end when you woke up in physical consciousness.

Now combine those concepts with the implosion of the consciousness grids that allow you to believe all of this is real and worth your time and attention - and sometimes the mind gets confused, resists, and disconnects.

Ellie's Experiences with Temporal Anomalies

Change Blindness is affected by age and brought to mind my current experiences with time and reality. As far as I know, I am not having what is called "Senior Moments" and don't expect to any time soon. Besides, 70 is said to be the new 30. :)

And still, like you, I question when something weird happens - especially more than once - which is why I watched the video surveillance of my temporal experiences last month to confirm them. One can never discount the fact that their perception of a situation was wrong ... subjective ... based on the way one wants events to be versus what actually occurred.

Cognition of the events we experience in physical reality is always influenced by emotional problems, substance abuse, medication, exhaustion, physical illness, stress, and more. It is another reason I wrote that none of this conditions apply to me in reference to my experiences last month ... nothing was diverting my attention away from the moment in which they occurred.

My mind has always shown me what I already know ... I am moving between parallel realities that are merging ... the illusion of time ending ... recognizing that the concept of Change Blindness is a tool to help me see the subtle differences in space and time.

Let's see what happens next for me and the millions of other people out there who are seeing glimpses of the way the hologram works. All we can do is play until it is over while watching our focus change and the "blind spot" grow larger and larger until the hologram Fades to Black and we can no longer see.

Change Blindness is a psychological phenomenon that occurs when a change in a visual stimulus goes unnoticed by the observer. For example, an individual fails to notice a difference between two images that are identical except for one change. The reasons these changes usually remain unnoticed by the observer include obstructions in the visual field, eye movements, a change of location, or a lack of attention.

The brain regions that have been observed as active during change blindness are the prefrontal lobe, the fusiform face area, the pulvinar, the cerebellum, the inferior temporal gyrus, the parietal lobe, and the frontal lobe. A common method of testing change blindness is the flicker paradigm, in which a blank screen is presented in the middle of an image and an altered form of that image that may distract the perceiver's attention. Change blindness has become a highly researched topic due to newly discovered implications in practical applications such as eyewitness testimony and distractions while driving.

Lucid dreaming occurs when one realizes that the events experienced within a dream are bizarre or would not occur in one's waking life. As such, the inability to notice the bizarre nature of the dream has been coined as an example of change blindness, also known as individuals who are non-lucid dreamers. However, a recent study found that lucid dreamers did not perform better on a change blindness task than non-lucid dreamers. Therefore, the relation between lucid dreamers and change blindness has been discredited to some degree.

Flicker Paradigm

In this paradigm, an image and an altered image are switched back and forth with a blank screen in the middle. This procedure is performed at a very high rate and observers are told to click a button as soon as they see the difference between the two images. This method of studying change blindness has helped researchers discover two very important findings. The first finding is that it usually takes awhile for individuals to notice a change even though they are being instructed to search for a change.

In some cases, it can even take individuals over one minute of constant flickers to determine the location of the change. The second important finding is that changes towards the middle of a picture are noticed at a faster rate than changes on the side of a picture. Although the flicker paradigm was first used in the late 1990s, it is still commonly used in current research on change blindness and has contributed to current knowledge on change blindness. read more ...

Obesity

Obesity has reached epidemic proportions in the 21st century, with rising rates in both the developed and developing countries. This not only pertains to adults, but to children and pets as well. There are heath risks, emotional problems, and social bullying to contend with. Like many other medical conditions, obesity is the result of an interplay between genetic and environmental factors.

Most people have "done their homework" and know that obesity can be at least partially under control with proper diet and exercise. Working on one's emotions with a professional, and finding ways to balance brain chemistry with yoga and meditation, is the way to go. It's all about programming and addictions to sugar, food, and certain drinks.

Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems. People are considered obese when their body mass index (BMI), a measurement obtained by dividing a person's weight in kilograms by the square of the person's height in metres, exceeds 30 kg/m2.

Obesity increases the likelihood of various diseases, particularly heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis. Obesity is most commonly caused by a combination of excessive food energy intake, lack of physical activity, and genetic susceptibility, although a few cases are caused primarily by genes, endocrine disorders, medications or psychiatric illness. Evidence to support the view that some obese people eat little yet gain weight due to a slow metabolism is limited; on average obese people have a greater energy expenditure than their thin counterparts due to the energy required to maintain an increased body mass.

Dieting and physical exercise are the mainstays of treatment for obesity. Diet quality can be improved by reducing the consumption of energy-dense foods such as those high in fat and sugars, and by increasing the intake of dietary fiber. Anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduce appetite or inhibit fat absorption together with a suitable diet. If diet, exercise and medication are not effective, a gastric balloon may assist with weight loss, or surgery may be performed to reduce stomach volume and/or bowel length, leading to earlier satiation and reduced ability to absorb nutrients from food.

Obesity is a leading preventable cause of death worldwide, with increasing prevalence in adults and children, and authorities view it as one of the most serious public health problems of the 21st century. Obesity is stigmatized in much of the modern world (particularly in the Western world), though it was widely perceived as a symbol of wealth and fertility at other times in history, and still is in some parts of the world.

In 2013, the American Medical Association classified obesity as a disease.

Excessive body weight is associated with various diseases, particularly cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus type 2, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, osteoarthritis and asthma. As a result, obesity has been found to reduce life expectancy. Obesity is one of the leading preventable causes of death worldwide by changing diet and exercise. <> In the United States obesity is estimated to cause 111,909 to 365,000 deaths per year, while 1 million (7.7%) of deaths in Europe are attributed to excess weight. On average, obesity reduces life expectancy by six to seven years.

Survival Paradox

Although the negative health consequences of obesity in the general population are well supported by the available evidence, health outcomes in certain subgroups seem to be improved at an increased BMI, a phenomenon known as the obesity survival paradox. The paradox was first described in 1999 in overweight and obese people undergoing hemodialysis, and has subsequently been found in those with heart failure and peripheral artery disease (PAD).

In people with heart failure, those with a BMI between 30.0 and 34.9 had lower mortality than those with a normal weight. This has been attributed to the fact that people often lose weight as they become progressively more ill. Similar findings have been made in other types of heart disease. People with class I obesity and heart disease do not have greater rates of further heart problems than people of normal weight who also have heart disease. In people with greater degrees of obesity, however, the risk of further cardiovascular events is increased. Even after cardiac bypass surgery, no increase in mortality is seen in the overweight and obese. One study found that the improved survival could be explained by the more aggressive treatment obese people receive after a cardiac event. Another found that if one takes into account chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in those with PAD, the benefit of obesity no longer exists.

Nikola Tesla died one month before I was born as Ellie Crystal. My strongest recollection of another lifetime was being a physicist during WWII Germany, working with Tesla and others on Time Travel and Stargates (wormholes), a theme that ripples through the grids and my blogs below. My friend Deja (mentioned in prior blogs) was part of that experience as another physicist and my brother. After we met in this life time, we shared remote views to that timeline to verify our experiences. The theme was always about the way consciousness travels through space and time. It's the "waking dream" concept.

I am more drawn to Einstein more than any of the other physicists. All were both colorful and crazy ... by Einstein connects more fully with my consciousness. ... As I typed the last sentence, a deep blue shimmering light surrounded my computer monitor then disappeared when I finished the sentence. It's the same shade of blue in the image of Einstein above. (Very cool) Deja used to say this represented a truth to your soul. That shade of blue is also Z's color. It Fades to Black with a tiny white, glowing light in the center.

Woah ... I suddenly feel like these souls are reaching out to me as I sit here - that things are accelerating.

The concept of time has always fascinated humans, today most people accepting that Time is an Illusion of the mind. It's all about perception in the consciousness hologram we perceive of as reality.

Full Circle

Monday was a strange day where everyone had something bizarre to share .. not the usual "run of the mill" stories .. the theme for everyone ... perhaps your experience too ... was "coming full circle". There are so many stories about my experiences Monday, it would take days to blog them all, but here are just a few ... and now that I think about it ... this is my average day.

Dreams and Realities

Around 9:00 AM, I connected with my friend Deja's older daughter who filled me in on Deja's life and times between our final conversation years ago and her death on March 28, 2013. Deja had come to me in a wake-up dream Monday morning ... where I remembered experiencing a sense of closure.

George called about another dream within a dream experience having to do with finally finding The Truth ... yet when he looked at the clues given ... it was the same-old same-old. Conclusion ... this is all there is.

Ron also called about a dream he had Monday morning where he clearly heard, "Egypt is the key."

Through the Looking Glass

After four canceled appointments over the past two months .. to replace the glass in the sliding doors to my terrace ... the guys who work with the owners of the building finally showed up. These guys (two Israeli brothers, 40's) were really a pain/pane. Isaac, wearing a yarmulke, was both crazy and rude, while his brother, the quiet one had a very long pinky fingernail, which I think has to do with taking drugs. After they finished I noticed a 15 inch scratch on the glass. Isaac said it was silicon so I handed him windex and Bounty to which he said he said, "I don't do windows." Ellie stepping up. "You do now." Isaac could not clean off the scratch forcing me to call the super who agreed with me ... and so there will be another visit to replace that glass (retrograde moments). Oy vey! As the workers left, Ellie was heard to mutter under her breath ... "meshuga" .. which did not please Isaac.

At the same time they were working, I was emailing with one of my advertisers who happens to live in Israel ... completing the upload of his new ads. Israel in duality ...

Food for Thought

Noon in the local supermarket ... who should I meet but my friend Barbara who I hadn't seen in about two years. She was with her daughter who just finished college ... more completions. Outside I offered them a ride home as their car was in for service. The parking lot was full so I had parked in front of the store. As we pushed my shopping cart to the car, one wheel suddenly locked and it wouldn't move. It thought I was trying to steal it. We put our groceries in the car then attempted to push the cart back as one of the guys who works in the store came out with a key that unlocks the cart. He knows us, so there was no problem - just a good laugh in 90 degree temps.

I dropped Barbara's daughter off at her job then drove Barbara home. Along the way we caught up on all sorts of gossip then planned to meet again at the end of the month. Barbara and I love to talk about the close of the program ... she sees images and more ... and was very proud of several predictions she made that have come to pass. (girlfriend giggles)

Clients on the go

So this was my day off ... or so I thought returning home and opening my email. There I found payment for phone readings from two former clients ... both Asian woman, 40's, corporate, living in the city, don't know each other, both needing help asap with job decisions. Okay ... I read the both clients ... pausing for a lunch break while watching Sunday night's episode of "Falling Skies" ... of course there would be an ET contact later in the day.

Flight of the Phoenix

Around 5:00 PM ... Sherif called from the airport as he waited for his flight back to Egypt, returning to complete a business deal ... really?! It was hard for me to comprehend how he expected to get anything done in the chaos there now, especially as he deals with the government, yet that did not seem the point of the call. Suddenly we realized it wasn't about his 3D experiences ... for in truth nothing is about that anymore ... but in that moment it was about Sherif as a conduit between me and Z.

Any time ... any place ...

We felt the energy, even as he sat there in the waiting area ... and we both "phased out" ... time traveling back to the energies of the night we met on the flight home from Egypt on 12/12/2000 ... then leaving this reality behind. It has been a long time since he acted as a catalyst for my energies, but we were "gone" ... so much so the phone connection died. I was on a landline and Sherif on a fully charged cell phone. It was almost a Fade to Black experience for us. How long were we gone? Not sure!

When he called back ... there was that same sense of knowing ... something unexplained that linked our destinies ... Sherif now taking my energies back to the heart (beginning) of things in Egypt where we first came in. Was it Sherif or Z or both? We connected our energies again, but before we did, knowing we would phase out again and the phone lines would disconnect, Z said to end the conversation with the word Insha'Allah. I did ... we connected ... we were gone ... the connection died. Fade to Black.

I remember wishing Sherif a Happy Ramadan as it would begin as he arrived in Cairo ... his reply being Ramadan would be postponed a day. I laughed at him and said I know his holiday better than he does ... I was wrong ... Ramadan postponed after failure to sight the moon.

Harold Egeln ... my UFO friend in Bay Ridge ... called inquiring about switching servers now that MSN TV (a free web service) is ending September 30, 2013. Along the way ... Harold and I talked about the program ending, UFOs in our local area, and how nothing is new. We also discussed all of the people we know in metaphysics who have recently died, especially in the UFO world. Their souls just burn out and they cross over. Did I ever tell you my UFO friend, Mike, from Bay Ridge, died last year of cancer at age 50, after which I found out about his history of mental illness.

After Harold and I hung up, my friend Michelle in VA sent the link to the alleged UFO sighting over the Brooklyn Bridge on July 4, 2013. I think it was a helicopter. (See below).

Mount Popocatepetl

Mount Popocatepetl, southeast of Mexico City, is the second highest peak in Mexico. Popocatepetl is an interesting volcano - its history often linked to Z as Quetzalcoatl and Mayan mysteries. Though our hologram didn't close on 12/21/12 ... doesn't mean the energies have stopped building to that end ... as if a giant volcano waiting to erupt.

One of the events I was shown, when Crystalinks was first created, was the eruption of Mount Popocatepetl - "The Smoking Mountain" - at the end of time. Popocatepetl has been rumbling all year, and began spewing ash and steam earlier in the week. Friday, a client who plans a trip to the local sacred sites of Mexico in two weeks, called to ask if I feel it is safe to travel there. I don't seem him or his sons in harm's away, but I suggested masks due to the gases released from Popo. Have fun guys.

Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl - Legends in Duality

Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl -- "Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl" the volcanoes Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl - "white woman" in Nahuatl, sometimes called the Mujer Dormida "sleeping woman" in Spanish - which overlook the Valley of Mexico. Common legends relate the Nahua romance of the princess Iztaccihuatl and the warrior Popocatepetl.

Legend 1

Iztaccihuatl's father sent Popocatepetl to war in Oaxaca, promising him his daughter as his wife if he returned (which Iztaccihuatl's father presumed he would not). Iztaccihuatl's father told her that her lover had fallen in battle and she died of grief. When Popocatepetl returned, and discovered the death of his lover, he committed suicide by plunging a dagger through his heart. God covered them with snow and changed them into mountains. Iztac c’huatl's mountain was called "La Mujer Dormida, (the "Sleeping Woman"), because it bears a resemblance to a woman sleeping on her back. Popocatepetl became the volcano Popocatepetl, raining fire on Earth in blind rage at the loss of his beloved.

A different tale was told by the Nahuatl-speakers of Tetelcingo, Morelos, according to whom Iztaccihuatl was the wife of Popo, but Xinant3catl wanted her, and he and Popocatepetl hurled rocks at each other in anger. This was the genesis of the rocky mountain ranges of the continental divide and the Trans-Mexican volcanic belt that lie between the two mountains. Finally Popocatepetl, in a burst of rage, flung an enormous chunk of ice, decapitating the Nevado de Toluca. This is why the Nevado is flat-topped, with wide shoulders but no head. Conceivably this legend preserves the memory of catastrophic eruptions. (Pittman 1954:59)

The most popular legend about Iztaccihuatl and Popocatepetl comes from the ancient Nahuas. As it comes from an oral tradition, there are many versions of the same story, along with poems and songs telling this story:

Many years before Cortes came to Mexico, the Aztecs lived in Tenochtitlan, today's Mexico City. The chief of the Aztecs was a famous Emperor, who was loved by all the natives. The Emperor and his wife, the Empress, were very worried because they had no children. One day the Empress said to the Emperor that she was going to give birth to a child. A baby girl was born and she was as beautiful as her mother. They called her Iztaccihuatl, which in Nahuatl means "white lady". All the natives loved Izta and her parents prepared her to be the Empress of the Aztecs. When she grew up, she fell in love with a captain of a tribe, his name was Popoca.

One day, a war broke out and the warriors had to go south to fight the enemy. The Emperor told Popoca that he had to bring the head of the enemy chief back from the war, so he could marry his daughter. After several months of combat, a warrior who hated Popoca sent a false message to the Emperor. The message said that his army had won the war, but that Popoca had died in battle. The Emperor was very sad when he heard the news, and when Izta heard she could not stop crying. She refused to go out and did not eat any more. A few days later, she became ill and she died of sadness. When the Emperor was preparing Izta's funeral, Popoca and his warriors arrived victorious from war. The Emperor was taken aback when he saw Popoca, and he told him that other warriors had announced his death. Then, he told him that Izta had died.

Popoca was very sad. He took Izta's body and left the town. He walked a long way until he arrived at some mountains where he ordered his warriors to build a funeral table with flowers and he put Izta lying on top. Then he kneeled down to watch over Izta and died of sadness too. The Gods were touched by Popoca's sacrifice and turned the tables and the bodies into great volcanoes. The biggest volcano is Popocatepetl, which in Nahuatl means "smoking mountain". He sometimes throws out smoke, showing that he is still watching over Iztaccihuatl, who sleeps by his side.

Another tale is much like the one before: Some warriors did not want Popoca to be with Izta, since they liked her themselves, and sent a message to the emperor saying that Popoca died; Izta became very sad and died of grief. When Popoca returned, he heard about Izta's death and became sad himself. He went out of town with Izta's body and ordered his soldiers to make a mound for him and Izta. He put Izta's body on one mound and got onto the other with a smoking torch. He remains there forever, looking after Izta, and, as time passed, dirt, snow, rocks, and Mother Nature covered them, turning them into great mountains. Popoca's torch is still smoking as a reminder of what happened.

The symbolic Statue of Liberty reopened for the first time since Hurricane Sandy last October. It was also closed following the September 11 attacks. The island reopened at the end of 2001, while the pedestal and statue remained off-limits until July 4, 2009.

Lunar Park reopened after the top of the Astro Tower was removed, allowing throngs of visitor to enjoy the rides, food, a day at the beach, and other fun times. Coney Island was now back after Hurricane Sandy destroyed a large part of the recreation area.

My friend Anna and I went to Coney Island slowly driving around to see the sights as there was no where to park ... pausing briefly in front of the building I grew up in on West 22 Street and Surf Avenue. We were mostly interested in the energies, which were totally different than in the past.

We never considered that we had shifted to a parallel reality until I drove back to Bay Ridge. Anna lives in the next building and also faces the Verrazano Bridge, which we agreed is the focus of the energies we connect with. Along the way, I noticed that the mirror on the driver's door had shifted position from our drive to Coney Island. We never left the car, no one had bumped against the mirror or moved it. It can only be adjusted by the driver from inside the car ... and I never touched it. The mirror was turned outward and upward, perhaps calling attention to the fact that we were in a mirror reflection of a former reality as Coney Island felt so different.

Happy Fourth !

Have a great day ... and weekend! I'm meeting my friend Anna later. I just looked outside and noticed that no preparations have been made for the annual parade that I've seen over the past 21 years since moving here. It must be budget cuts. The energies move to New York City for Macy's Fourth of July Fireworks and celebrations that you can also enjoy at home. It all begins at 8:00 pm EDT.

Part of the iconic Astrotower at Coney Island will have to be demolished, after concerns about the tower's structural stability prompted a shutdown of several amusements on the Brooklyn peninsula. The NYPD escorted two massive cranes to Luna Park on Wednesday night, and partial demolition was to begin soon afterward. Crews were to work throughout the night in hopes of reopening the park for the Fourth of July on Thursday.

As the sun briefly broke through the clouds around 3:00 PM, I was guided to take a drive. I walked down the hall and pushed the elevator button watching as the elevator on the left arrived on the 6th floor. As I entered the elevator, I experienced a physical shimmy that I later equated with the special effects on the TV series Fringe as a marker for viewers that events moved from one reality to another. The effect was first seen on Fringe at the end of season 1 with Olivia in the elevator in an episode called There's More Than One of Everything. The episode ends with Olivia transported to a parallel reality where the Twins Towers in lower Manhattan still exist. Pan out ... We see Olivia looking out of a window in Tower 2 after meeting William Bell (Leonard Nimoy). Fade to Black.

Through seasons 2-5 on Fringe, Liberty Island hosted a portal between realities.

As I entered the elevator, nothing happened, that I am aware of. It descended to the basement, where I got in my car and drove off. Once outside, I was guided to drive to the 69th Street Pier, not far from here. Amazingly, I got a parking spot just across from the pier. As I walked along the pier, I noticed One World Trade Center that replaced The Twin Towers, so I took a few pictures with my cell phone. I spent the next few hours talking to several people on the pier, then returned to my car around 6:00.

As I walked to my car, there was another one exactly like it parked very closely, either in front or behind my car, as it was hard to tell as I crossed the street. I know my license plate but decided to use my key ... pushing the button ... after which my car welcomed me. It was all quite funny, but later, in retrospect I realized there might have been a greater message about parallel realities. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the cars, but it didn't seem important at the time.

I watch NBC news after I wake up each morning. Mostly, I'm looking for some global event that changes everything. The first story, as the news came on today, was a live shot of the Statue of Liberty - the reporter saying that it will reopen tomorrow on July 4th for the first time since Hurricane Sandy last fall. They were also showing updates about the swaying Astrotower in Coney Island's Lunar Park. Tomorrow, July 4th, is big business for Coney Island, so it's important to get the ride good-to-go. I grew up in Coney Island, moving to Manhattan Beach Brooklyn at age 11 after returning from my UFO experience in Nevada.

Earth Changes and Challenges

Here in Brooklyn, it's rainy, hot, and muggy - best to stay in air conditioning as temps move into the 90's. My friend John in Tampa, Florida wrote, "Constant rain here or 2 hourly thunderstorms, night and day. I'm telling you, BUY a rowboat. I'm counting forty days and forty nights. lol"

John's comment takes us back to Flood Stories and Noah - or should I say my grandson Noah for today. When Noah was here with his family on Sunday, I told everyone I had a story to share about my towels. Noah looked at me and said, "They disappeared." Surprised, Grandma asked, "Then what happened?" "They magically came back," he said with a toothless grin.

An earthquake of preliminary magnitude 3.6 struck early today beneath Lake Erie, just outside of Cleveland, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The temblor's epicenter was 4 miles (6 km) northwest of Fairport Harbor, Ohio. It originated 3.7 miles (6 km) deep and struck at 3:48 a.m. local time (07:48 UTC), the USGS reports. Some light shaking was felt in coastal towns just northeast of Cleveland, but no damages were reported, according to The Columbus Dispatch. Damaging earthquakes are rare in the region. The largest temblor on record in the Northeast Ohio seismic zone struck in 1986 with a magnitude of 4.8, according to the USGS. That quake, which caused minor property damage and a few injuries, was felt over a wide area from Illinois to New York.

The last I heard from Ron, was yesterday morning as he drove to work from Sparta, NJ to Manhattan. As he passed by Berkeley Heights, he told me he was in the path of a tornado. What happened Ron? Did you wind up with Dorothy in OZ? Last week, the Jersey shore had a small tsunami while further north there was a small earthquake.

Today, Ron wrote, "I saw the tornado just ahead of me heading in the direction of NYC. It was black, green and gray. I wasn't scared but the wind was howling like a freight train. For a second, I felt like one of those storm chasers, but couldn't get a picture because I was driving. No one I know got hurt, but friends reported an enormous amount of flooding. If this continues in NJ, I'm going to build an ark."

The Yarnell Hill Fire was ignited by lightning on June 28, 2013. On June 30, nineteen firefighters with the Prescott Fire Department's interagency Granite Mountain Hotshots, based in Prescott, Arizona, were killed when a windblown wildfire trapped them. Fourteen of the firefighters were in their 20s; their names were released on July 1, 2013.

Scientists have seen evidence for a colossal flood under Antarctica that drained six billion tons of water, quite possibly straight to the ocean. The cause is thought to be a deeply buried lake that suddenly over-topped. Satellites were used to map the crater that developed as the 2.7km-thick overlying ice sheet slumped to fill the void left by the escaping water.

The peak discharge would have been more than double the normal flow rate of London's River Thames, researchers say. The location of the flood was Cook Sub-Glacial Lake (SGL) in the east of the continent, and the event itself occurred over a period of about 18 months in 2007-2008.

Wake-up Dream
"Meeting of the Minds"

July 1-4 is not only the doorway for "Sarah and Alexander," but there does exist a portal to higher knowledge above and below.

In my wake-up dream, I was in an alien lab - for lack of a better term - listening to others talk about human biogenetic experiments from the beginning. Much like an episode from the TV series "Ancient Aliens" - they were discussing the next level of human consciousness.

I saw children born with photographic memories, their minds programmed far differently than in prior experiments (generations) with higher cognitive skills and athletic abilities.

They were trying to determine how to balance human emotions with all of this, but as with past failed experiments, so far they were not successful. Basically, it seemed they wanted a higher functioning human on the evolutionary track, reminding me of artificial intelligence and other sci-fi stories we are familiar with, only this was the progenitor of it all.

I watched what they were doing, feeling myself an observer, perhaps unseen, when suddenly they turned to me and asked for my input, as if I was part of the creation of the experiment. Stunned, my mind registering them as a collage of familiar science fiction alien faces linked throughout history with biogenetic experiments.

I experienced fear as if caught with my hand in the cookie jar ... but as I gazed upon them ... that faded as their true essence came to light followed by something I could only call ... my consciousness being "turned on" to understand who I am and why I was there.

I moved closer becoming part of something that I had always been part of ... endless experiments on many levels ... that could evolve or end now. I recognized why I was there ... to present my argument for closure and was warmly greeted.

The next thing I remember is my consciousness falling back into my Ellie physical body, knowing the experiments had come to an end and the souls would be free.

If you are wondering if I saw Z there, not as an individual soul, but I had a sense of him as part of this "collective unconsciousness" who were moving on to something far greater than anything we could ever imagine.

As the patterns of history repeat ... it has always been about the fight for freedom.
