Circadian Rhythms

You can only "see" what your mind projects in linear time

To keep the gears of time running according to Plan - all sentient life forms follow basic programmed patterns and rhythms determined by their emotional codes and biological makeup. We call this Circadian Rhythms and generally don't pay much attention to how they dictate what we do. If you are programmed to stay in balance within these cycles, life becomes easier and the gears of time run like a well-oiled machine, attracting positive experiences.

Tick tock ... Close your eyes and envision the gears of a clock. What you see is the current rhythm of your life. How are the gears moving? I saw the colors black and purple - the gears stopped meaning I exist beyond time. I asked about my physical experience in this reality and the colors went to red with black gears that were spinning along.

Dawn triggers basic biological changes in the waking human body. As the sun rises, so does heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature. The liver, the kidneys and many natural processes also begin shifting from idle into high gear. Then as daylight wanes and darkness descends, these processes likewise begin to subside, returning to their lowest levels again as we sleep. These internal biological patterns are tightly linked to an external cosmic pattern: the earth's rotation around the sun once every 24 hours. This endless loop of light and darkness and the corresponding synchrony of internal and external clocks, are called circadian rhythms, from "circa diem," Latin for "approximately a day." Circadian rhythms influence almost all living organisms, from bacteria to algae, insects, birds and, as is increasingly understood by science, humans beings. Researchers are learning that these endless patterns also have profound effects on human health.

2013 G8 Summit

While "you were sleeping" more details came out by Edward Snowden and others concerning what country is eavesdropping on the others ... not to mention its citizens ... as if everyone didn't already know this was going on forever. We now go to Ireland and the 2013 G8 Summit ... focus on what to do about the very serious situation in Syria. Obama and Putin are well divided on this matter. You remember Putin ... another politician who has been in the news after announcing he is divorcing ... enter the younger lover ... and the matter of a "stolen" Superbowl ring that once belonged to New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

Though trust is important ... if you were one of these leaders ... who would you trust? Does anyone ever tell the truth? Life is like a TV soap opera based on lies and sex which is the reason whistleblowers are programmed to come forward. Monarchies, governments, the Church ... look at their histories from the beginning to see the same patterns repeated. Today, thanks to the obvious insertion and development of technology in this timeline ... the average citizen gets to see the truth unveiled.

Remember all those metaphysical metaphors and blogs in the 1990's about the "veils" being lifted ... well, this is part of it. It was about the veil in sur"veil"lance. Politicians and the church may hold the power while the rest of the souls are programmed to do their biding ... as if puppets or slaves ... but in end times ... it's all upgrading to a new platform ... better ... faster ... aimed at freeing the souls ... so sit back and watch events quickly unfold ... unless you are programmed to get out and fight. Good luck with that.

On a personal level ... I spent Father's Day in Connecticut where I meet some very interesting people who hold money and power. One thing everyone agrees on - the world has gone crazy. Did I mention my theories to them? No. As with most people - when they are programmed to get it - they will. Along with the truth ... and the fall of dynasties ... will come a Major Event - the first domino ... that catalyzes the end. There are those who believe that happens with the insert of extraterrestrial interaction - but I don't see it. At this point in the timelines - if ETs are watching and not helping - they are not the good guys. If they created this reality based on their programming to experience emotions - their experiment is ending. I don't know why I'm so certain about this - but I am.

Did you also note the ongoing increase in earthquake activity in Crete over the past few days? Something is building along with the Pacific Ring of Fire - focus on Mexico and South America.

Blossom: Here we are again then! Welcome my friends and I very much look forward to today’s conversation. A question I would like to ask today from a reader is "How do we use the knowledge of love, creation, thought, and free will to break free from the chains our present world has put on us and live in the world/game each and every single one of us want to live?"

Galactic Federation: Greetings from the deepest place of our Being. We would advise that although tension is amounting in many areas of your world regarding those who have not the desire to move forward … from our perspective … all is moving exactly as it should. There is a great deal taking place that is not known by many and yet we would say that we are reaching a position that allows connection to ensue and one shall find that ‘events’ soon to occur shall have the soulspirit in raptures.

WOW! That sounds all good. Apart from you using the word ‘soon’. You KNOW how so many of us FEEL about that!

And yet, due to ones assumption of that impending use of vocabulary … it does not prevent us from saying that which we mean. The level of ‘deliciousness’ has been raised to such a degree during this time of awakening that plans are able to progress in a manner that will thrill and excite.

It is appropriate at any time. For indeed to assist in such matters of the heart allows US to enjoy ones energy and indeed the energy of the planet even more.

I KNOW so many cannot ‘feel’ the Love that is within and around them , due to the way the world is presenting itself to us right now and for a long time … what would you say to them?

We would say ALL IS AS SHOULD BE.

And they would reply … why? How can it be OK for those in power to do what they do and you tell us this is how it should be?

Let us begin … That which is occurring and that which has occurred has led your Beings to a place where they KNOW that they MUST do something about this. This is your AWAKENING. In times gone by ones suppression was accepted and ‘life’ took its toll and then you left the planet! In these NEW times … the Beings of Earth have arrived here for a reason as you know. You have come here to change that. Yet may we say with all respect to each and every one … the ‘game’ has not been as easy down on Earth as it was ‘on paper’ ‘up here! Therefor many of you have been bogged down and forgotten the plan.

Each one of you has the power to conquer that which does not serve. You DO NOT HAVE TO be part of the game that YOU THINK YOU ARE IN. Yet you DO HAVE to be part of the game that you ARE in.

Here we go!

This refers also to your question. It is so easy. It is so simple .It is a matter of choice. THAT’S IT!

We have spoken of you being in a game … an experiment and we spoke too of ‘freedom of choice’ … free will. So you have the choice as to what game you want to play.

Yet … we are ‘stuck’ it seems in a world where much is out of our control and those who do not care about us are working so hard to supress us and stop us from Being our TRUE Light .

Only if you choose to be in 'their game'.

How do we not be?

By KNOWING you are MORE! There is nothing that LOVE cannot change. For LOVE IS THE ONLY ENERGY … in many different forms.

You are accepting of chemtrails and poisons and all manner of ‘infiltrations’ occurring upon your physicality and you say that you are defenceless to stop it. That the ones ‘in charge’ have all power over that which they do to you and the control they have over everything.

YOU ARE CAPABLE OF CHANGING IT! THROUGH LOVE!

You decide … make a decision that all that is done unto you … CANNOT affect you. Not when you choose LOVE.

Perhaps easier said than done.

Perhaps. If that’s how you choose to think! When we speak of words such as ‘COME INTO YOUR OWN POWER’ … we do not ‘say’ these things … we MEAN THEM. That is what we continue to ‘drum’ into you. For once you fully understand that which we MEAN … then you will ‘GET’ what we are transmitting to you.

AGAIN … THERE IS NOTHING that can stop you BEING THE FULLEST BRIGHTEST LIGHT THAT YOU ARE. The only reason you FEEL affected by this is because you allow yourselves to FEEL that you are. If you were to dismiss that which you hear … that which you read … regarding the less positive side of your world … literally dismiss it … then by that very action … you are not allowing it to affect you.

Yet … it is affecting us … without many knowing isn’t it?

To a certain degree. Yet knowledge is power and the more you decide to concentrate only on that which is offering a vibration of Higher Love the more the LOVE can TAKE OVER.

This is why it is so important for each one of you to RECOGNISE YOUR LIGHT. TO BE YOUR LIGHT. In doing so … you become a shining example … and others desire to follow. To BE the same.

Yet one might say that there are still so many asleep … and it seems an impossible task to wake enough people up in order for things to really change.

Then if that is ‘their’ belief system … then that is how it shall be … for them.

Well for all of us, no?

NO! Consider each soul upon your planet as an owner of an Island. The ruler of the island … the controller … the one in charge of everything that takes place. Nothing can happen without your consent ... for you are the only one upon it. Therefor all rules … all ways of desires to live are carried out by YOU. Each one of you. That island would vary so greatly in rules and energy and THOUGHT … depending on the owner and how they choose to design that Island.

Your Living world … is no different. You are each in control of your own thoughts … YOU create YOUR world in which YOU live. Is it not so that a neighbour’s world is completely different from your own? Why? They live in the same world as you … yet THEIR thoughts have created their circumstances. Their own private world. You can be worlds apart and yet live right next door.

We speak to you of BEING AN EXAMPLE OF LIGHT. That is all you need do. It is not hard. It is not complicated ... it is joyous … yet many of you choose to look on the ‘cloudy side’ of the street …

How we desire to assist you in understanding THE GREATNESS OF WHO YOU ARE!

I know that is your desire … and believe me … we are trying. Yet we still FEEL so limited in that which we are capable of.

Yet you are NOT LIMITED.

KNOW THIS.

YOU JUST THINK YOU ARE.

So … we can say to ourselves ‘Ok … I am free … I have no boundaries … I am here to express the fullness of who I am … Bring it on!” … and yet … no change. Just little ol’ me carrying on as best I can.

Yet there is SUCH CHANGE! Take another look! We have asked many times for you to look back on how you used to think … how you used to feel … would you not say that you have ‘set free’ much of WHO YOU ARE and are now allowing yourselves to become that BRIGHTER LIGHT?

Yes … but clearly not to the extent you would like us to be! If we have changed to a certain degree and ‘get it’ just that little bit more … I am assuming we just keep on keeping on until we really GET IT … yet is it possible to GET IT NOW? Or do we keep on step by step as we have been doing … and three years down the track … look back and say … ‘Ah I understand a bit more now.’ Do you see where I am coming from? How can we REALLY GET WHO WE ARE NOW … if the way it works is … gradually?

Yet you are moving through a different time/space. Many moons ago we spoke of THE QUICKENING. Yet now … moons have come and gone and THE QUICKENING THAT WAS … is now very slow compared to THE QUICKENING that is taking place in this Higher energy.

It is for you to KNOW that the Higher Energy that has been filtering through over your last six months ALLOWS you to ‘come into your own’ … at a much faster rate. Therefore when you CHOOSE/ DECIDE to go ‘full throttle’ … you will definitely FEEL the difference within you, your capabilities …. YOUR LIGHT.

So to be specific … what is it then … that we are supposed to be ‘getting’ that we are not? You say ‘Recognising our Light’ … yet many of us are doing the best we can … and still FEEL a little unsure of where we are heading and what we are supposed to be doing .

You are not 'getting' your absolute power … over yourselves … within yourselves. So many FEEL they are not capable of doing such and such … You are not worthy of BEING such and such … You condemn yourselves to a life of mediocrity because you consider yourself mediocre.

Surely not everyone?

Most … compared to that which ‘could be’. Again we speak of meditation and quiet time. To connect up with ‘elsewhere’ that is not of your planetary vibration … allows you to FEEL more vividly THE LIGHT THAT YOU ARE.

Sorry to keep interrupting, yet I know many struggle with meditation also, and feel they get nothing.

You cannot ‘get nothing’ when you take in deep breathes! You simply cannot. You may not ‘see’ a movie in front of you … you may not fly around the cosmos … yet … by taking quiet time and breathing … you automatically link into a HIGHER part of yourself . Any time, any place, anywhere … YOU CANNOT NOT!

The more you practise and ask to be shown and FEEL your True self in/through Love … the more you FEEL and sense that brightness of yourself. And you learn to ‘capture’ that! So that you can ‘release’ that FEELING and sense of yourself any time you choose to ‘think’ about it. It is not ego … this tuning into the LIGHT you are. Some struggle with this differentiation!

Actually, while on that subject … it was asked of me to ask you … about the ego thing within some of those who are ‘named Light workers’. There seems to be some that have self-importance and that which they portray to others can come across less than from the heart … but from the ego. Can you talk about this?

What for?

Laugh! Because someone wants to know.

Why?

Why not?

Because we are aware also Blossom that when that question came to you, you replied with the answer that one should not perhaps concern themselves with another’s journey and whether or not they come from ego … yet rather concentrate on one’s own journey and enjoy and make the most of that. We agree entirely.

Discernment! Take from ANYTHING that which resonates … for it is a TRUTH for you … and discard ANYTHING that does not resonate. Simple as that.
Star in your own movie … create your script as you go along. Come from the heart at all times and let the ‘fearsome self’ be taken away by the winds.

When you come ONLY from Love in ALL things … your movie is a Number 1 box office smash! For you! Because … your life is about YOU!

And others upon the planet.

Yet ... Let us put it this way. By each one caring about themselves first … and getting their house in order … then one is playing a dramatic part in getting the rest of the world in order.

Of course there must be giving … yet it must come from the heart … not from the ‘lack of paper energy in ones purse’. Yet you will benefit from the understanding that WHEN each one creates their own world … each one … then you can be certain that THE MAJORITY will be creating one of LOVE.

And yet … you say that you are overruled by those who wish you harm. We say differently. Change your heart thought to the KNOWING that NO-ONE has power over you.

YOU ARE IN FULL CONTROL OF WHO YOU ARE.

STEP INTO THAT KNOWING NOW THIS MINUTE.

Do not misunderstand … we are not saying ‘do not care of others’ … yet of those who you feel are in need of your LOVE … give it to them.

You watch ‘horrors’ on your screens … you take on that energy and feel such hopelessness for that which you are being exposed to … yet we say …STAY ON TOP OF THE GAME! … Stay in joy and Love … even when you watch such things … Remember too … all is not as it seems. By staying in that place of alignment with Love … and sending out that breath of Love to that which you are choosing to ‘take in’ at any given time … you are being of great assistance … for you are not … dare we say … ‘falling for it’. You are not allowing yourself to be ‘sucked in’ … to that particular illusion. By remaining in your brightest joy … even when confronted with that which is clearly not … you are ‘winning’.

Because LOVE, JOY, HAPPINESS … ALL THAT WHICH IS YOU IN YOUR TRUTH … is WHO YOU TRULY ARE … AT ALL TIMES. If one were to conform to this piece of advice … how speedily would a noticeable change occur.

The Light cannot be blocked out by the darkness … unless you think it can.

CLAIM YOUR LIGHT!

There is little point in not. For each one of you CAN SHINE SO BRIGHTLY … once YOU KNOW that YOU ARE LIGHT.

THAT IS YOUR TUE FORM … The very ESSENCE of your Being is LIGHT FORM … so why deny yourself this pleasure. To what aid?

IT IS YOUR GIVEN RIGHT TO BE LIGHT.

To be Light hearted!

To step into that which you are … NOW!

Here’s the question
everyone is asking

The following was posted by Sophia Love.

“Is Edward Snowden a hero or a criminal, a whistleblower or a traitor?”

But here’s the question they really should be asking:

“Does America still have its original revolutionary backbone, or are we a nation of sheep?”

There is the possibility that Snowden’s courageous action has triggered, something much more momentous – a sudden unexpected shift in the American Psyche – a realization that since 9/11 something has gone terribly wrong in the land of the free and the home of the brave … that the NSA, CIA, FBI are starting to smell like the East German’s Stasi, The Russian KGB, The Fascist police states of the 1930’s and 1940’s – that Americans are spying on Americans … that we are being treated like a nation of petrified snitches cowering in the dark … and that the time has come to turn the light on in a darkened America.

Maybe this weekend someone working at NSA headquarters will get fed up, once and for all, with spying on his fellow citizens and turn another light on in that big, black box … telling us in detail how things really work in there.

And then, maybe the week after, a CIA operative at the Pentagon will suddenly decide to come clean and tell us how the Iraq war really started and provide us with one of those torture videos that were supposedly destroyed.

And then, maybe an army intelligence officer will fill us in on what really happened in Afghanistan, in Pakistan, in Yemen – telling us who our allies really are and what regimes we really support in the deep global state behind the veneer of mainstream media. Then …

Maybe on July 4th someone at The Whitehouse will remember that this nation was built upon revolution … and that the nation’s integrity, democracy – hell, the nation’s entire future depends upon the existence of people like Snowden who dare to tell us what really goes on behind closed doors, that these otherwise ordinary people continue to summon the courage and humanity to come out of the shadows and take a stand against institutionalized criminality.

Maybe, like at the end of a movie, when the hero finally reveals his true identity and everyone rises to applause, an unstoppable wave of courageous souls will now stand up in solidarity and turn the lights on all over this darkened nation, kicking off a chain reaction of refusal against the military-surveillance complex that President Eisenhower tried to warn us against half a century ago."

Temporal Experiences

On Thursday, my friend Dean wrote, "It's so strange today ...... but time seems to be standing still." Time, like everything else we experience, is subjective because it's not real. You and I do not experience anything in the same way. It's not as simple as black and white. It's just experience.

Wednesday, as I pushed the elevator button, George popped into my mind. He always has cool experiences that go beyond 3D perception. The doors opened ... As I looked inside, all I saw was darkness. Unafraid, I entered ... the doors closed ... and the walls returned. It's at times like this that I am glad I never did drugs, never drink, not on any medication, and have no emotional problems ... allowing myself to conclude that the experience was a step out of time and space, perhaps another Fade to Black moment.

Good-bye Deja

One of my first friends in metaphysics was Cheryl Allison, who went by the name Deja in the years we knew each other. We met on July 4, 1989 through an Edgar Cayce newsletter that featured my name. As a fellow Aquarian, we shared a love of humor and spontaneity. People from my past often tell me about the fun times they shared with us during the three years we were very close as friends and catalysts for awakening. I learned more from Deja than anyone else in the early years of my metaphysical journey.

As guided by Z, Deja drew the photo of Ellie and Z later used for the cover of my book Sarah and Alexander. Before we met she had drawn the letter "Z" and didn't know what it meant until after we met and she spoke to him.

In the photo above, Deja had driven from Portsmouth, Rhode Island, to the city to co-host my TV show "The Metaphysical Experience" in 1991. We had chemistry and lit up the studio with our shenanigans.

Deja did the voice-overs for the meditations on the show.

Parallel lives took us back lives as physicists and brothers during WWII Germany, as hookers in the Old West, and more.

If we did a remote view somewhere, you could physically hear the sounds and see the sights of that particular part of the grid. Yes... we really could grid travel together and often discussed reality as a hologram.

Back in 1989, Deja said that when the program was ending, she would cross over.

Deja wasn't a healthy women, dealing with depression, and medical issues linked to obesity. Were it not for our metaphysical connection, we agreed that we would never had been friends, as I function with powerful energy and she had issues and needed caretaking. My focus in life has always been my family and my "work" here - not to deal with issues or those of others and the world.

After three years of fun and friendship, Deja sank into a depressive stage and we lost touch with each other. It would take the internet to reunite us years later - emailing from time to time with an occasional phone conversation when she had the strength as she was on oxygen. yes ... like most wounded souls, her journey here was far from easy and yet we connects.

The years passed and Deja move to Cincinnati, Ohio where her youngest daughter had moved after marrying. We never connected after that and I knew little of her life until ... Wednesday afternoon when a mutual friend named Josephine from Bay Ridge Brooklyn, emailed me that Deja had passed on March 28, 2013. Josephine had also lost touch with Deja and felt a need to google her. For me, the past week has been about a black bird that kept flying past my window - always a sign that I will hear about a death.

Josephine and I spent Wednesday together talking about Deja and the past. It's funny that I had no issues, but she had lost of clearing to do. As Jo and I sat on my sofa looking out at the bridge, I said, "Let's go find Deja." I saw the image of Deja as Vitruvian Man whose arms and legs aligned with the grids then she was gone. I followed her soul and saw a small bright purple light in the darkness. I knew it was her energies. I telepathically made one final connection and asked, "Is the program over?" The purple light twinkled at me, then faded to black.

Good-bye, Deja. You were love end missed. See you in the Void, the way we were. It won't be long now!

The Super of my apartment building is a man named Sal - short for a long Turkish name - but that is what everyone calls him. Sometimes, when I visit Sal's apartment, he is watching Satellite TV live from Turkey and you can see his soul connection. Though his children have grown up here in Brooklyn, he and his wife plan to retire part-time to their home in Turkey, when he turns 60 in 4 years.

2011 was the year many people talked about earthquakes. On August 23rd, during the 5.8 Virginia earthquake - Sal and his wife were stranded at JFK airport on their way back to Turkey to visit family. Tuesday, I visited Sal to talk about the political situation in Turkey today, as it could lead to a civil war - a growing theme with oppressed people across the globe who quest for freedom. Sal spoke about the people of his country hating the Islamic run government and how their freedoms have been taken away. Though he would like to see the government ousted, he felt that the regime is too powerful and will put an end to the protests. This is not just a regional problem but something that faces the entire nation. In the past, he may have been right, but in end times - anything goes.

Not far from Turkey, on the European game board ... we find Greece where daily earthquakes are becoming a pattern. For those who seek the truth behind conspiracy and illusion ...

I'm still building my ark ..... OY, the rain never ends ! lol

Sooo ..... I have come to the conclusion that the theme of time (no time) is FREEDOM. A crazy amount - more than can be considered a random number of my friends - are dumping everyone/everything that no longer serves them. I'm talking about couples breaking up after 14 years; people suddenly moving across country; people saying they just sold everything in their apartments etc. AMAZING! In my explanation, I call it stuff that "no longer resonates" with them. But, more than that ....... It's as if ABSOLUTELY all that does not align with their happiness MUST be shed at this time. It's truly humbling to observe. All my friends who I watch are happy/lighter after doing this. None of it seems planned. It's spontaneous; as if one day they Woke Up ! hahaha

Downsizing and moving on has all part of what is coming. It's just all accelerating. Climate changes and other natural disaster often help people get the message ... don't stay too attached to anything. As for the shedding of friends, that's been a constant for years as people change along with their relationships. The person with all the issues, the needy one, has got to be let go or you will drown along with them. And so, Matt, when you finish your ark, look up and you will find your next direction. Sometimes, you have to rock the boat a bit to get things done.

Noah's ark reminds me of a wormhole. Noah, in the photo below, is Brian Green the famous physicist who showed us that ... this is all an illusion. Freedom is remember who we are, why we are here, and where it is all going.

A whistleblower is a person who tells the authorities about illegal activities occurring within an organization. Society has always had whistlerblowers, sometimes thought of as traitors as they put governments at risk - but other times as heroes who risk their lives for truth.

Two of the purposes of the Internet and Social Media were to gather information about people's lives by having them post it, and to bring documented information to the world as quickly as possible ... before governments could cover up the facts.

In 2006, Wikileaks opened up a new way to bring classified information to the public by publishing secret information and classified media from anonymous sources. I had hoped UFO cover-ups would finally be revealed, but it never happened.

A birthday celebration included a day on Broadway and an ice cream Sunday afterwards. I still know all the words to all the musicals and easily learn the new ones.

From the Oceans to the Desert

Sherif emailed on Friday that the return of Zahi is not official yet. In the past, "The Return of Zahi I", and the chance to hear him lecture, would have seemed like a great adventure, but the energy is as dead as the ancient Egyptian grid program. I wonder how much Zahi had to pay for his freedom? Has the government let him go free to bring tourism to a failing country? I'll find out when Sherif returns at the end of the month.

The world knows Zahi is guilty and wanted to see him imprisoned. He told Sherif that he was facing the curse of the pharaohs. Alas, does any of it matter as the program closes? Nope. There are no great treasures in the GP. Go away, Zahi ... and let archaeologists do their work without your interference and greed. (grumble) Look what you have stolen.

With all the excavating and discoveries, what does any of it do for our journey now? Not much unless someone finds a portal out of here or an alien base, or the like. Explorers always hope to find the answer to humanity's creation and destiny, for they are one and the same.

Next, we have the scientists and governments who allegedly use stargates to travel off planet and work with reverse engineering taken from alien technologies. Recently, I was told the LHC powers a stargate in Switzerland. True or false, this opened the floodgates to my memories of the time travel experiments in WWII Germany and Austria. Something is going to go BOOM soon.

As the myths go ... we came here in ships from the stars ... ventured in Atlantis to the Middle East, Asia (Pacific) and Egypt (Africa) to Rome to Greece to Europe to America and Mesoamerica, etc.. It was all very interesting but alas it's time to graduate and go home. There's nothing left to do anymore.

It was all just a Broadway story, a script in which we were the actors. ACT III has ended. Take your playbill and go home. Flood stories return us now to our regular programming.

Water ... water ... everywhere. Record flooding around the world and now - US hurricane season is going to be kick-ass this year. Let's start with "A" for Andrea now with 60 mph winds drenching Florida's west coast.

During the Today Show, Matt Lauer announced that a man outside the studio went crazy and cut himself with a knife. Speaking of knives - they will not be allowed on airplanes after all.

Here in Brooklyn there is an increase in carjackings - even in Bay Ridge during the day.

As we continue to lose privacy ... there are the peeping drones and all sorts of surveillance equipment we once designated as sci-fi that are now a reality. Phone tapping goes back for decades. Finding out about your significant other's affair is easy. There is Facebook, checking their cell phone records, or texts and email and planting a GPS app on their cell phone ... Now let's go to phone records. You do know everything about you is online or will be soon. Nothing is confidential. Let's get the object of today's news - 'Outrageous': Verizon reportedly forced to turn over customers' phone records. I have a Verizon landline, but have nothing to hide, and not sure this story applies to me.

Another woman gave birth to a baby without knowing she was pregnant. Is this possible? Yes - if her periods are irregular. She may also be in denial. How strange this is when so many women are having problems getting pregnant. The infant is definitely an insert. Could it be an alien hybrid? :)

Paris Jackson is another teenager caught up in the cycles of mental illness - depression, feeling lost and misunderstood. Some teens kill themselves ... some kill others ... some do both. It's hard to be a teenager these days, as you watch the adults around you often self-destruct and you wonder about the future and who you can depend on. To be a teenager in the public eye has to be more difficult. You could see the changes in Paris when she cut her hair and died it black - the color that symbolizes emotional problems. She obviously was involved with self-harm or skin-cutting which often comes from sexual abuse. Then there were the tweets and YouTube messages, and prior attempts at suicide. Living with Grandma Jackson and all those dramas - not to mention finding out about Michael and who her father really was - couldn't be easy. I hope Paris gets the help she needs and gets away from the Jacksons. She had the tattoos. All that was missing were piercings and may she have some in private places.

The jokes about Michael Douglas are hilarious after he taught us that you can get cancer from oral sex - in this case HPV. HPV can develop into cancer - the cells considered precancerous. It is extremely widespread especially in the college age group when everyone is having sex for fun and often without condoms. A condom really does make a difference. On an emotional level ... when someone is burned out, cancer surfaces, the area in the physical body reflecting the emotional problem. For example .. I had a gay male client who tried to live a straight life, though cheating with men on the down low. He developed the same throat cancer as Douglas at the same time. My client was not speaking his truth. He "came out" and is cancer free ... for now. If you are programmed for cancer, it will happen.

Major athletes like Alex Rodriguez still take performance enhancing drugs even with all the testing and PR about what happens to athletes who get caught.
