The Justice System

Oscar Pistorius guilty of negligent killing, one gun charge   CNN - September 12, 2014

Oscar Pistorius found guilty of culpable homicide   BBC - September 12, 2014
South African athlete Oscar Pistorius has been found guilty of culpable homicide after the judge found he killed his girlfriend by mistake.

Focus today is on the verdict in the Oscar Pistorius trial. In a week where Ray Rice, another athlete, was seen knocking his wife unconscious, domestic violence takes the center stage. This also brings focus to other couples faced with the same abuse issues.

What we see in many athletes is rage disorder which some believe plummet them to great heights while others find it intolerable. It all goes to genetic codes, childhood experiences, and programming. Rage is the most destructive of all the emotions. It usually highlights in the teen years - and if not addressed and dealt with - will continue throughout a person's life often self-medicated.

Oscar Pistorius suffers from rage disorder and should not be set free. He can get up to 15 years in prison and deserves at least some jail time. Will the justice system prevail? Sometimes it does ... sometimes it doesn't. Doesn't it seem odd to you that in this day of technology we do not have a way of simply proving the guilt or innocence of someone? Then again there is the issue of how we each see the violent action for what it really is.

Big solar storm heading toward Earth   CNN - September 12, 2014
This is not your usual weather forecast. Big storms are brewing. Your umbrella won't help, but you might want to keep a flashlight handy. These storms are coming from the sun. It's raining down a huge amount of radiation. We're safe, but it could affect power grids, radios and satellites. Experts say the combined energy from two recent solar events will arrive at Earth on Saturday, prompting the Space Weather Prediction Center to issue a strong geomagnetic storm watch.

Coronal Mass Ejections - CMEs in the Grids

If a CME hit Earth it would look like this clip from the 2009 film Knowing with Nicolas Cage.

The children remind me of Sarah and Alexander . I love the alien light beings and UFOs.

The solar storm of 1859, also known as the Carrington Event, was a powerful geomagnetic solar storm in 1859 during solar cycle 10. A solar coronal mass ejection hit Earth's magnetosphere and induced one of the largest geomagnetic storms on record. The associated "white light flare" in the solar photosphere was observed and recorded by English astronomers Richard C. Carrington and Richard Hodgson. Studies have shown that a solar storm of this magnitude occurring today would likely cause widespread problems for modern civilization. There is an estimated 12% chance of a similar event occurring between 2012 and 2022.

9/11/14

I woke up early watching streaming images in the grids of those who died in recent wars including our current global confrontations. I saw the sick and the wounded but realized I was having lucid dream yet their energies were stronger now than ever, their souls defeated with a need to move on. Yesterday, my daughter Nikki said she planned work from home today as she and others felt the same heavy energies. I don't think this is just about 9/11, but about something yet to happen, though not necessarily here in the city.

I also don't think it has to do with the solar flare headed this way or maybe that's part of it as there are so many variables.

Solar Storm Warning: Sun Shoots X-Flare Outburst at Earth   NBC - September 10, 2014
A cantankerous sunspot region erupted with a powerful X1.6-class solar flare at just the wrong time Wednesday. The blast was pointing right at us. That means any resulting outburst of electrically charged particles, known as a coronal mass ejection or CME, could have a disruptive effect.

From Spaceweather.com ...
Sunspot AR2158 erupted on Sept. 10th at 17:46 UT, producing an X1.6-class solar flare. A flash of ultraviolet radiation from the explosion ionized the upper layers of Earth's atmosphere, disturbing HF radio communications for more than an hour. More importantly, the explosion hurled a CME directly toward Earth. The Solar and Heliospheric Observatory photographed the expanding cloud: Radio emissions from shock waves at the leading edge of the CME suggest that the cloud tore through the sun's atmosphere at speeds as high as 3750 km/s. That would make this a very fast moving storm, and likely to reach Earth before the weekend.

The ISIS Crisis

September 10, 2014

It all started 13 years ago when al-Qaeda attacked the US on 9/11/01 thus setting in motion the war on terrorism that may never be resolved. It was a new insert in the hologram ... one that would move through the 21st century.

On the eve of the 13th anniversary of 9/11, President Obama addressed the nation (BBC Video)) about the ISIS crisis and his plans to deal with it. Obama escalates ISIS campaign in Iraq, broadens it to war-ravaged Syria (with video)   CNN - September 11, 2014

President Obama's anti-IS strategy:

A systematic campaign of air strikes against IS targets "wherever they are", including in Syria

Increased support for allied ground forces fighting against IS - but not President Assad of Syria

More counter-terrorism efforts to cut off the group's funding and help stem the flow of fighters into the Middle East

Continuing humanitarian assistance to civilians affected by the IS advance

A recent poll by the Wall Street Journal shows that 47% of Americans feel less safe than before the 9/11 attacks. To me this represents the fact that Americans are waking up in more ways than one, to the greater threats, not just by outside influences, but by the government itself. The games are stepping up and you have the change to get a front row seat.

Surveillance holds the key to truth and yet it causes more havoc. There are watchers and there are watchers, and all we do is keep playing as if can make any difference at all to the final outcome.

The poll also says that at the present time 2/3 of Americans believe we should confront the ISIS crisis head on. I say kick their asses, but not with ground troops. With today's weaponry, there's no need to endanger and destroy the lives of Americans.

The current beheadings of two Americans is the most followed news story in the past five years, but then again look how social media has updated the way we report and receive information. There's no time to concoct or cover up lies. The truth is out there and we will find it.

Joanne's Contribution to the National September 11 Memorial Museum

Joanne Capestro is my neighbor and friend. On 9/11 she ran down 84 floors in the North Tower to safety, defeating all odds as others died around her. Once outside Joanne ran and ran and ran then hid under a car as things collapsed around her, the wounded and dead all around, including co-workers. There were many who gave her comfort along the way including a priest from the local church. You may remember this news photo. Read more ...

9/11 Museum Collection Grows: Survivors and victims' families donate their cherished mementos   Epoch Times - September 10, 2014

Today Joanne is quoted in an AP article about donating personal items to the National September 11 Memorial Museum. Videos of the Museum

Not long ago some of Joanne's belongings, long thought lost that day, were returned to her. She stored them carefully and showed them to me before donating them to the new National September 11 Memorial Museum.

Today Joanne is quoted in an article by the AP.

After seeing the new National September 11 Memorial Museum, one victim's widow decided to donate one of her husband's FDNY paramedic shirts, karate uniforms and beloved baseball jersey.

A retired police detective gave the sole-scorched boots she wore while working amid the smoking wreckage of the twin towers.

A survivor contributed her World Trade Center worker ID, dust-coated clothes and the high-heeled shoes she shed going down 87 flights of stairs to safety, items she'd kept boxed in a basement for 13 years.

"I didn't think that this would be anything they would want," said JoAnne "JoJo" Capestro, the finance worker who gave her clothing. "But once I went in there, and I saw, I said, 'My clothes belong there.' ... I wanted to share it with people. I wanted them to see."

Since the museum's May opening, victims' families, survivors, rescue workers and others have come forward to add about 135 new gifts to its collection, chief curator Jan Seidler Ramirez said.

Relatives have brought new photos or recorded new remembrances to profiles of the nearly 3,000 victims. Others have added to the wallets, helmets, and other personal effects in a collection that looks at the terrorist attacks through the lens of individual lives.

A Federal Aviation Administration worker's hard hat now speaks to his agency's contributions to the recovery effort. Commemorative golf balls from the delayed September 2001 Ryder Cup golf tournament help demonstrate how the world stood still after the attacks. Two compelling reminders of the long manhunt that followed 9/11 went on display Sunday: a Navy SEAL's uniform shirt from the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, and a CIA officer's special coin commemorating the operation.

With the National Sept. 11 Memorial Museum now visibly "occupying, in real space, leadership of this important national story, when people have items, they want that to be a part of that," President Joe Daniels said.

The museum anticipated and welcomes growth in its collection of over 39,000 objects, photos and oral histories, and officials see the new donations as a vote of confidence. The institution trod a difficult path to opening, facing delays and controversy. Some victims' relatives still bitterly oppose it as more tourist attraction than tribute.

Some new donors to the Sept. 11 museum hadn't realized everyday possessions could be museum exhibits. Others weren't ready earlier to part with the artifacts or wanted to view the museum before entrusting it with cherished, if wrenching, mementoes.

Neil Matthew Dollard's relatives talked for years about donating the few possessions authorities found after the bond broker died at the trade center. But the family held off until visiting the museum.

"We were waiting to see what the museum looked like" and how it handled people's possessions, said one of his sisters, Megan Fajardo. Finding the displays tasteful, the relatives decided to contribute the items: his wallet, cards he carried, and pocket change. "When we're gone, it needs to be somewhere where it can be seen, where it will be safe," Fajardo said. "That's where he died."

After getting home from the debris pile at ground zero after 9/11, Detective Carol Orazem peeled off her battered, hosed-down boots and eventually put them in the attic. There they stayed until she saw another first responder's awe at spotting his own helmet on display in the museum.

"What am I going to do with these boots? They're just sitting here, and they depress me to look at," the now-retired detective asked herself. Now, at the museum, "I know that they're taken care of."

Still, it was strangely hard to let go of her piece of Sept. 11 history, she says. So does Capestro. "It was bittersweet," Capestro said, "but it makes me feel good. "I feel like I'm giving back. Because God saved me that day."

Sara Gilbert

In recent months, the CBS daytime talk show "The Talk" has become one of my favorites. I record the show and watch it later in the day if time permits. I enjoy the ladies' take on current issues and surprisingly have grown to like and respect Sharon Osbourne.

Tuesday, on the second day of Season 5, actress Sara Gilbert, 39, announced her pregnancy much to the surprise of the cast, their guests, the production crew, and the audience at home and in the studio. We know talk shows are rehearsed but this came out of the blue and that's what made it such a special moment for everyone. Tears of joy flowing from everyone's eyes, even mine. Congratulations.

Also announcing her pregnancy this week was Princess Kate across the pond. On Monday's show Sharon Osbourne talked about her discussion with Queen Elizabeth after the announcement was made. It's fun being a mommy but just as much fun being a grandma.

Abuse

It's all about programming. It's about the issues people view on reality TV and associate with their own lives. It's about the insanity in the world today.

The human drama is based on abuse and healing. It's how we roll and let me tell you souls of very tired from all of it. We know the people ... we know the patterns ... we know the tools needed to try to heal and on and on and on.

Tuesday's headlines were about Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice. Rice punched his then-fiancee (now wife) in the face, the blow knocking her unconscious. This goes to so many issues its hard to keep track. This is another reason surveillance is so important. It changes everything.

When it comes to celebrities in sports or entertainment, many abuse substances, themselves, and the people around them. The story of Ray Rice is convoluted and like everything else is filled with cover-ups. He most likely had abused her before and would definitely cheat on her, which may have started the fight.

Boys are taught not to hit girls which goes to bullying ... rage disorder ... and other psychological problems. But girls also carry the same issues and can be meaner and more crazy than boys.

Look at the incident of JZ in the elevator with Beyonce and her sister, Solange Knowles. Solange went after him, but he never laid a hand on her. It told me that she has a pattern for this type of behavior and he knows how to deal with it. It also shows me that he is not crazy and loves his wife.

Let's get to the matter of abuse in relationships. It can be physical or emotional depending on how the psychological makeup of the people and how they interact with each other. A non-functioning relationship, brings out the worst in both people, each calling the other crazy.

You know the reasons women stick around and allow themselves to be abused - codependency, money, children, the fear of being along, the work involved in breaking up, ego issues, and so on. There are enough blogs, articles, books, and films out there about it.

Life is about experience, emotions, and learning by association. If you're a woman who's been physically abused by a man, you would feel anger at watching the video of Janay being punched by her husband. It's hard to say why she married Ray but I'm sure in part she loved him, and then there's the money and celebrity. I've read wives of NFL players and they put up with more than you know.

I've read many abused women and what I concluded after trying to help them and show them what is wrong - is that this is the way their destinies are programmed and nothing I can do or say will make a difference until their programming for abuse ends. On that day they will wake up, pack up, and leave. This not only applies to romantic relationships, but also to family, and friends.

More and more you are reading about things I've always blogged over then past 19 years. The brain is a computer. Life is about DNA programming and experiencing emotions. Today people hope to find the tools to help them heal, but DNA is DNA and nothing will change that. All you can do is ... put a lid on it ... then a psychological or spiritual band-aid on it ... then hope for the best. Always remember that dysfunctional people will always be dysfunctional in relationships ... they get bored and sabotage.

To believe that Ray Rice is the only football player who has hit his girlfriend, or wife, is ridiculous. He just happens to be the one who was program to get caught at this particular time and face the repercussions. Many people believe that celebrities are over paid, overly glorified, and basically crazy. Like anything else in life, there's going to be good guys and bad guys, and that's what makes the world (hologram) go round. In that one moment ... in that elevator ... everything that was meaningful to Ray Rice disappeared. How many others are there like him out there?

The verdict for Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius is less than 24 hours away.

It's hard to believe the NFL didn't see the video until Tuesday. True or false they were programmed to that end, just as we are in our personal experiences within the hologram ... as is the hologram itself. Everything, including the hologram, has a scripted beginning, a plot, and an End. ....

"Okay everybody ... That's a wrap ... Let's go home."

On the eve of the anniversary of 9/11, President Obama will address the nation about the ISIS crisis and his plans to deal with it. I assume information will be given on a 'need to know' basis. Obama's speech details his plan to degrade and destroy ISIS - a complex challenge in an unpredictable region. With ISIS overrunning Iraq and finding a safe haven in Syria, Obama will make his case for going on offense. At least he is not asking for round troops as we just don't have it in us anymore to fight another losing battle.

Syria ... all we read about are atrocities as people struggle for freedom. Are these the troops Obama hopes to train to do battle with ISIS? None of this makes any sense to me. I like Obama, but the day he sends US ground troops back into Iraq, it's over between us.

A recent poll by the Wall Street Journal shows that 47% of Americans feel less safe than before the 9/11 attacks. To me this represents the fact that Americans are waking up in more ways than one, to the greater threats, not just by outside influences, but by the government itself. Sarah and Amaan

My wake-up dreamed was about the first draft of "Sarah and Alexander" dictated to me by a boy in spirit named Alexander - December 1989. It's the scene where Sarah and Alexander reunite in a cave at the place where the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers meet. In that version of the story, Sarah arrives there with Amaan, an Iraqi/British archaeologist she meets while taking a Masters Program in Archaeology in Boston. They meet after Amaan's white Persian cat walks into Sarah's garden apartment through her French doors. Sarah follows the cat back to Amaan's apartment. They quickly discover they are in the same program, and forge a friendship.

Months later, their discovery of an ancient map with a drawing of Sarah's amulet carved into a mountain, send them on a harrowing journey to find out more. For Sarah this would be a connection to Alexander and their shared destiny. It had been 15 years since Sarah and Alexander met, when he gave her the amulet and she gave him her grandfather's broken pocket watch which starting ticking as he magically held it. Alexander promised to keep time until they were reunited at the end.

... After a lengthy search ... Sarah and Amaan are unable to find the mountain with the carving. Sarah intuitively stands at the place where the rivers meet, holding her amulet which emits a beacon of light across the murky water .... A UFO covered in debris slowly rises and emits a similar beacon into the mountains. As the UFO descends into the water, Sarah and Amaan climb to the place it guided. There they brush away a protective covering of scrubs and discover a stone door with a pattern matching Sarah's amulet which she uses as a key allowing the door to slowly pivot open ... They cautiously enter.

Once inside, the door closes behind them as an unknown source of energy lights a large stone room. Stonewalls are heavily inscribed with the journey of humanity until that point in time. In the center they find two stone sarcophagi, each inscribed with the amulet, and an alter in the middle that holds a book about the future of humanity and its return to light ... enter Alexander to explain ....

The metaphors here are endless ... but the story isn't. It has an ending. As I woke up thoughts of Isis/ISIS entered my mind as part of the ending of the story.

A 1989 sketch of the amulet

The test tube DNA was later omitted from the final design ...

Book Reviews - Order Your e-Book

As Sarah and Alexander spiraled out of the hologram, it collapsed until nothing remained. As they reflected on their journey through time, the pocket watch disappeared along with the amulet, and the music box ceased to play. And so it was written. Fade to Black.

Super Moon vs. Micro Moon   NASA - September 8, 2014

What is so super about tomorrow's supermoon? Tomorrow, a full moon will occur that appears slightly larger and brighter than usual. The reason is that the Moon's fully illuminated phase occurs within a short time from perigee - when the Moon is its closest to the Earth in its elliptical orbit. Although the precise conditions that define a supermoon vary, given one definition, tomorrow's will be the third supermoon of the year -- and the third consecutive month that a supermoon occurs. One reason supermoons are popular is because they are so easy to see -- just go outside and sunset and watch an impressive full moon rise! Since perigee actually occurs today, tonight's sunset moonrise should also be impressive. Pictured above, a supermoon from 2012 is compared to a micromoon -- when a full Moon occurs near the furthest part of the Moon's orbit -- so that it appears smaller and dimmer than usual. Given many definitions, at least one supermoon occurs each year, with the next being 2015 August 30.

Full Moon Silhouettes   NASA - September 7, 2014

Have you ever watched the Moon rise? The slow rise of a nearly full moon over a clear horizon can be an impressive sight. One impressive moonrise was imaged in early 2013 over Mount Victoria Lookout in Wellington, New Zealand. With detailed planning, an industrious astrophotographer placed a camera about two kilometers away and pointed it across the lookout to where the Moon would surely soon be making its nightly debut. The above single shot sequence is unedited and shown in real time -- it is not a time lapse. People on Mount Victoria Lookout can be seen in silhouette themselves admiring the dawn of Earth's largest satellite. Seeing a moonrise yourself is not difficult: it happens every day, although only half the time at night. Each day the Moon rises about fifty minutes later than the previous day, with a full moon always rising at sunset. A good time to see a moonrise will occur at sunset on Tuesday as the Moon's relative closeness to Earth during a full phase -- called a supermoon -- will cause it to appear slightly larger and brighter than usual.

Energies by the Numbers

Today is Joan Rivers' funeral. She looks gorgeous and is with Edgar ... not Cayce ... her husband in this part of the hologram. I hear lots of jokes in my head so she is fine on the other side, though laughter often camouflages sadness. I know most readers of this blog can connect with her signature to experience the moment along with me. Joan hasn't changed her frequency and programming, which remains with you until the end of the hologram. Joan would not want you to cry but to honor her by having fun today though she now knows it is a temporary fix and we all must follow the numbers that create our existence here.

We are two weeks away from the Jewish High Holy Holidays. The New Year is 5775 (6 year). You don't have to be Jewish to feel this annual shift in code, consciousness, and energy. In Numerology 2015 is an 8 year which begins for me in Scorpio while for others it begins in Virgo or January 1. At the end of the day ... it's all by the numbers.

Energies by the Numbers

Maybe it's the lingering heat and humidity, but strong energies are starting to build. Tomorrow is Joan Rivers' funeral. Honestly she would not want you to cry but to honor her by living life and having fun. Z has always told me that at the end of the program, when it Fades to Black, we would all laugh. I know that seems hard to image as we struggle along from day today, but there seems to be a thread of truth to it.

Next Thursday is the 13th anniversary of 9/11. Are you still mourning that day or something in your life? Enough already.

Then come the Jewish High Holy Holidays. The New Year is 5775 (6 year). You don't have to be Jewish to feel this annual shift in code, consciousness, and energy. Health ... Centers

This week I blogged about the closing of Lai Yeun restaurant in my building (see below). With emphasis on health, I realized I don't have a primary care physician as I never need one. I have an ophthalmologist and a gynecologist for routine checkups, the latter having an office on the main floor of my building. Thursday I found out that the restaurant will become a 24/7 walk-in medial center. My part of Bay Ridge is known for its restaurants and medical buildings, so I was happy to hear about the change in venue just in case. We have 2 other new health centers of this kind in my area, with state of the art equipment and rotating doctors many of whom are specialist. Yoga centers come and go, while gyms and health food stores are very trendy.

Medical care takes us Joan Rivers. You know the circumstances that lead to her death and how I feel about someone's passing. If it's your time ... it's your time. Programming is programming and there's no escaping it. As another Jewish woman from Brooklyn, who once tried stand up comedy with a dentist, I understand Joan's "schtick" and her desire to make the world laugh as a healing tool. Humor is a frequency that uplifts the soul, but like everything else, it's just a temporary fix. Humor was Joan's frequency and purpose in life - her reason for being - and what kept her young. For many in the entertainment industry, who are still in shock by the death of Robin Williams, this is a very sad time.

Rivers and Crystals

Wednesday ... I dreamed about Joan Rivers again ... her energies fading into the "black" though she did not seem afraid. I could barely hear her which means she is either fading or suddenly woke up here which is wishful thinking on my part. I heard the word Bardo which means "intermediate state", "transitional state", "in-between state", or "liminal state". The Tibetan word arose soon after Buddha's passing.

Sunday, Joan came to me in a dream and said she wanted to come back, could I help her? I told her I couldn't and in less than a second conveyed the nature of the hologram to her. She focused, got it, and did not seem unhappy - just 2 girls from Brooklyn hanging out. We met in the late 1960's in the lobby of the Raleigh Hotel in the Catskill Mountains where she was performing as was my husband Ralph. She was very friendly- always making jokes - much like myself.

"Your life flashing before your eyes" refers to your projected experiences in the hologram. From our level of awareness they move slowly, but when one's consciousness leaves here, they instantly experience everything. Projections slow down in physical reality to experience the emotions of it all.

Joan has always been a strong lady, which women in today's world have to be, though it's never easy. The atrocities against women today are as barbaric as millennia ago.

To tap into the emotions of humanity as a collective body today, is to feel fear, anxiety, and the struggle to awaken. There isn't anybody I know who doesn't think the world has gone crazy.

Joan

It's Tuesday ... a big day in the life and timelines of Joan Rivers. I still see her struggling to get back here, making jokes along the way with spirits and those who can talk to her at this level of consciousness.

When one says, "My life flashed before my eyes" it refers to your projected experiences in the hologram. From our level of awareness they move slowly, but when one's consciousness leaves here - they experience it all instantly. The projections slow down in 3D to experience the emotions of it all. To tap into the emotions of humanity as a collective body today is to feel fear, anxiety, and the struggle to awaken.

There are souls who are programmed to find a job on their own and others who are incapable of seeking employment and must be given a job - and then there are those who can't work at all. From High School on, education should be career oriented.

In the changing face of today's global economy, most education systems are not preparing students to go out and find a job once their education is completed. Just as we constantly reinvent ourselves, so too must education be reinvented to correspond with the needs of today's students.

The food industry is trendy these days with people seeking health and fitness - the rules forever changing to that end.

Today I drove around Brooklyn with a psychic friend and discovered that many businesses have now closed including the restaurant/catering hall in my building Lai Yuen. My apartment is the top corner, above the former two-floor restaurant. Another friend later told me that everyone she knows starting out in the restaurant business, closes within two years.

I took these photo today.

Back to College -- The Only Gateway to the Middle Class   Huffington Post - September 1, 2014
This week, millions of young people head to college and universities, aiming for a four-year liberal arts degree. They assume that degree is the only gateway to the American middle class. It shouldn't be. For one thing, a four-year liberal arts degree is hugely expensive. Too many young people graduate laden with debts that take years if not decades to pay off. And too many of them can't find good jobs when they graduate, in any event. So they have to settle for jobs that don't require four years of college. They end up overqualified for the work they do, and underwhelmed by it.

According to a recent poll conducted by AfterCollege, an online entry-level job site, 83 percent of college seniors graduated without a job this spring. Even when these young people finally do get jobs, the positions are often part time, low wage or not related to their career interests. The problem isn't the quality of higher education in the United States, so what's missing?

16 million young adults set off for college this fall, they are looking at some frightening statistics. Focus and Listen

It's September. Time for change. If you relax and "listen" this month, you will receive messages about what's left for you and the hologram. Just focus and listen. Keep it simple.

Focus is also on Joan Rivers slowly being removed from life support. I met Joan in the Catskill Mountains in the 1960's when she was performing at the Raleigh Hotel as was my husband Ralph. Joan came to me in a dream Sunday morning and said she wanted to come back, could I help her? I told her I couldn't and in less than a second conveyed the nature of the hologram to her. She focused, got it and did not seem unhappy - just 2 girls from Brooklyn hanging out.

Questions that stir souls now more that ever: "Why am I here?" "How can I help and heal in a large-scale way and make a living doing it?" "When is the hologram going to end?" One of Saturday's clients, a woman in her 50's who studies metaphysics and was born in Transylvania, dreamed she climbed to the top of a mountain to find the answers. When she got there everything faded to black.
