Full Moon

July 31, 2015 - Leo Sun - Full Moon 7° Aquarius

A Native American God Watches ...

Wednesday July 29, 2015 with Ron at Foxwoods Native American Resort Casino

Indulging my Sweet Tooth

Last Comic Standing

There's nothing I enjoy more than comedy. Here I am Thursday in front of Comix at Foxwoods.

Wednesday night, Ron and I enjoyed a comedy competition called "Last Comic Standing".

These guys were really funny.

I did stand-up comedy long ago. In the energies of a full moon in Aquarius - my Leo Moon really wanted to get up on the stage and entertain. Wrong time ... wrong place ... as 12 semi-finalists competed. The four contestants who won were definitely my choice. Meet John who drove up from Bay Ridge to compete. I live on 4th Avenue and 101st Street. John lives on 4th Avenue and 79th Street. John came in second and goes on to the finals. Good luck, John!

Thanks Ellie ... Back at you!

In June I met a car service driver, a Brooklyn man in his 50's, who has been a stand up comic for over 30 years. Is Z trying to tell me something? When I walked through the casino Wednesday night, I heard voices from above saying, "We're watching!" But was it Z or ... as I looked up at the endless security cameras and the tinted one-way glass ceiling in the casino ... did I receive a telepathic message from someone who works there?

Winning

Twice

Thursday

After breakfast, Ron and I took a few more pics ...

with the casino manager, Tom Haggert, who stopped to have a few laughs.

On the way home we stopped to visit my son-in-law Ryan at his car dealership Landrover Milford which will be moving to Fairfield, Connecticut in 2016. At the dealership I met the wonderful people who work for Ryan and gave short readings to several of them.

After lunch, Ron and I headed back to the city. About half way home, the summer heat wave gave way to thunderstorms creating highway flooding as we crept along wondering why we're stuck in this 2015 design with antiquated travel.

As we crossed over the Whitestone Bridge ... a strong bolt of lighting flashed in front of us as we reached the top. Another message from Z? We weren't scared ... and no one was hurt as the lightning missed the bridge. Sometimes life seems so surreal.

The Boggle Threshold: How Open-Minded Are 'Open-Minded' Scientists?   Epoch Times - July 29, 2015
"Boggle threshold" is a term coined by writer and historian Rene Haynes (1906-1994). She defined it as "the level above which the mind boggles when faced with some new fact or report or idea." Last year, T.M. Luhrmann wrote about Haynes' own boggle threshold in an article for The New York Times: Haynes herself was fine ... with telepathy; hesitant about reincarnation; but appalled that a woman had flown across the Atlantic to have her torn 'aura' repaired by a guru expert in invisible mending.

From mysterious beasts to ghostly apparitions, Britain seems to have experienced more than its fair share of supernatural phenomena. While some - such as the Loch Ness Monster and Jack the Ripper - are globally famous, others have remained more obscure. And although many of the mysteries have been written off as perfectly natural happenings, none has ever been comprehensively solved or debunked.

Mt. Shasta: Where Seekers and Spiritualists Converge   Slate.com - July 29, 2015
As I approach Mount Shasta on Highway 89, the thick clouds slide away for a second to show its peak. In the same way that my first response to seeing a black bear is, What a big Labrador! my brain initially reaches for the everyday explanation: The mountaintop must actually be a cloud. ItÕs too many degrees above the horizon; it rises too steeply - it doesn't look the way mountains look.

The Z Crop Circle

On July 22, 2015 ... I posted the file below about Ellie and (Z)oroaster - The Faravahar.

FYI - July 22 = 7/4 or 11 - another code for this reality.

Z "winked" back and hit the "Like" button (LOL)
(Z winks when trying to get a message across)

Three days later ... this crop formation was reported at Uffcott Down, nr Barbury Castle, Wiltshire
Which means it was created a day or two earlier. We love you Z. Great sense of humor.
The formation was either created by the hologram or it placed the idea in the minds of the creators.

Note the Ibis head at the top left

July 22, 2015

The Faravahar is one of the best-known symbols of Zoroastrianism, the state religion of ancient Iran (Persia). The winged discs has a long history in the art and culture of the ancient Near and Middle East. Historically, the symbol is influenced by the "winged sun" hieroglyph appearing on Bronze Age royal seals. In Neo-Assyrian times, a human bust is added to the disk, the "feather-robed archer" interpreted as symbolizing Ashur - an East Semitic god, and the head of the Assyrian pantheon in Mesopotamian religion.

While the symbol is currently thought to represent a Fravashi or Guardian Angel - what it represented in the minds of those who adapted it from earlier Mesopotamian and Egyptian reliefs is unclear. There is no physical description of the Fravashis in the Avesta, the sacred texts of Zoroastrianism, and in Avestan the entities are grammatically feminine. Interesting review ...

Luke and Laura

Luke and Laura are fictional characters, and the signature supercouple from the American daytime drama General Hospital. Luke is portrayed by Anthony Geary, and Laura is portrayed by Genie Francis. Though other supercouples came before them, Luke and Laura are the best known outside of the soap opera medium and are credited with defining the term supercouple and leading other soap operas to try to duplicate their success.

Back in the day ... I watched General Hospital faithfully each afternoon with "all my children" ...

Luke and Laura wed at the end of the hour-long show on November 17, 1981 - the event was watched by 30 million viewers and remains the highest-rated hour in American soap opera history having more viewers than the real life marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Viewers watched as the show followed their marriage through two decades and gave them two children. Today, their union still has a presence in fictional town Port Charles.

Until now ...

Geary originated the role of Luke in 1978 and has since received a record eight Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Monday Anthony Geary left General Hospital as 'General Hospital,' fans share memories of the Luke and Laura wedding episode.

Laura, played by actress Genie Francis, married actor and director Jonathan Frakes who played Commander William T. Riker in the television series Star Trek and closed the series with the immortal words ... "Computer ... end program."

I always enjoyed going into the holodeck. It creates illusions within illusions.

Aleutian Islands
Earthquakes

July 27, 2015 - Magnitude 6.9 earthquake struck Alaska's Aleutian Islands followed by ongoing aftershocks.

Earthquakes cause volcanic eruptions

The Aleutian Islands are a chain of 14 large volcanic islands and 55 smaller ones belonging to both the United States and Russia. The islands, with their 57 volcanoes, are in the northern part of the Pacific Ring of Fire. Because of the location of the islands, stretching like a broken bridge from Asia to America, many anthropologists believe they were a route of the first human occupants of the Americas. The earliest known evidence of human occupation in the Americas is much farther south; the early human sites in Alaska have probably been submerged by rising waters during the current interglacial period. The U.S. conducted underground tests of nuclear weapons on Amchitka Island from 1965 to 1971 as part of the Vela Uniform program. The program involved numerous experiments using conventional high explosives. The final detonation, the Cannikin, was the largest underground nuclear explosion by the U.S. Read more

The April 1, 1946 Aleutian Islands 8.1 earthquake was followed by a Pacific-wide tsunami. It resulted in 165 casualties (159 people on Hawaii and six in Alaska) and over $26 million in damages. Multiple destructive waves at heights ranging from 45-130 ft occurred. The tsunami obliterated the Scotch Cap Lighthouse on Unimak Island, Alaska among others, and killed all five lighthouse keepers. The wave reached Kauai 4.5 hours after the quake, and Hilo 4.9 hours later. The tsunami was unusually powerful for the size of the earthquake and due to the discrepancy between the size of the tsunami and the relatively low magnitude on the surface wave magnitude scale, it is classified as a tsunami earthquake. The large-scale destruction prompted the creation of the Seismic Sea Wave Warning System, which later became the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in 1949.

Nevada Earthquakes

100 earthquakes happen everyday in Nevada, but a particular series of quakes is raising questions and concerns. Since Thursday, 26 earthquakes have hit Northern Nevada, with the largest being a 4.6. Experts say it's not unusual to see a swarm of earthquakes like this. However what is unusual is how long this particular pattern has been on the radar beginning July 2014. In this sequence we've seen over 200 magnitude 3s and about 20 magnitude 4s or larger. A sequence like this could happen in the Reno area devastating our society and economy. Read more

Politics

In the world of politics, one TV station sent a reporter out to find anyone who could name all of the current Republican candidates. No one could but some people were close.

I follow Donald Trump - if anything for entertainment purposes. If anything, he shows us why our two-party system no longer works - if it ever did - yet I understand where he is coming from, and like millions of his supporters, wonder if could make a difference. No one likes him as a person, but this is not a congeniality contest. This is about trying to rescue a broken set of systems in the time remaining. We know that won't happen but at least he makes the political games more interesting.

I could agree with some of these names... Worth checking out ...

The Book Club in the Park

Saturday July 25, 2015

After finishing my clients on another gorgeous day in the city, I noticed a group of people seated in a circle in the park outside. Not long ago, I spoke to a woman from the area who holds meditation classes in the park in the summer, so I grabbed a towel to sit on and went downstairs to see what was going on. (I forgot my phone/camera.)

As it turns out, it was the monthly meeting of the Bay Ridge Book Club. Susan, the woman in charge, invited me to join the group as they discussed Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus. I was familiar with the book, but the truth is, I have no time to read books anymore. My choices are read or create Crystalinks each day and I prefer the latter.

There was lots of criticism about the book, written in 1993, some of which seemed like group therapy or the story of our experiences in physical reality. People read blogs, books, and anything else to relate and make sense of their issues. Maybe I should have written a self-help book back in the day, when my friend Lisa at Harper Collins offered me a ghost writer, but I never felt guided to it.

Some people found offense with the author of "Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus" mentioning how many copies he sold and him making money. I guess they haven't been around the self-help world very long. That's called marketing. Self-help is about healing your issues, then creating a platform where others can follow by example to heal their issues while making money doing it. That algorithm still exists today, though the results are not always financially lucrative. Life as we know is about - right place - right time based on the math and science of our reality and one's place in it. I have very few clients these days who plan to make lots of money in the realms of self-help. To make a part time living is more realistic but keep the day job.

My final question to the group was, "If the author was writing the book today, would he write it the same way?" Though some of the basic premises would be the same, it would be different, because we are programmed differently today, as are the roles we all play.

It was an interesting discussion after which I was invited to join the group for dinner at a local restaurant. Susan suggested I go online and join their book club. Nice people, fun experience, but no time to read ... which I didn't share with them. I also didn't share my views on reality as a collective compilation of our experiences in physical reality. Men may be from Mars and Women from Venus, but we are all from consciousness and light, which is where we are headed in the algorithms of time and reality. Close your eyes. "Look" at the Book of Life for this experience. How many pages remain?

Terminal Lucidity

Below, is an important article as it explains what happens when consciousness leaves the physical body/grid. Remember, it's all science and math. The frequency in third dimension is programmed to keep you trapped in an emotional grid until the end while playing out your programming. Once free ... all comes clear. When all Fades to Black at the end of the program/hologram, you will instantly have total clarity about reality.

Here is a quick example of terminal lucidity, though you probably have stories of your own. George and I have a mutual friend, John, who is in the hospital at this time about to cross over. We have been watching the progression of his consciousness out of his physical body over the past week. It is clear, and he is happy on the other side, free of its human experience. John had a moment of "terminal lucidity," then lapsed into an induced coma where he remains.

People With Severe Mental Disorders Mysteriously Become Clear-Headed Just Before Death   Epoch Times - July 23, 2015

Patients who aren't even able to remember their own names for years may suddenly recognize their family members and have normal conversations. The varying physiological states of people who experience terminal lucidity suggest that a single mechanism isn't responsible.

Tuesday

In the third day of the first heatwave in the city - there have been power outages in parts of Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. So far all is well here in Bay Ridge. By tomorrow, it cools off.

Trending are the stories of two men who are inappropriate - Bill Cosby, a sociopath, and Donald Trump who doesn't seem to be able to control his rhetoric. Trump could potentially do some good for the country if he just thought before he spoke. Arrogance is thy name. Could you imagine him and Putin in the same room? And so we will follow them all to see where this leads as if soap operas. Who wrote their scripts? I never connected with Cosby - always considering his animated personality way off, though never seeing the truth about how dysfunctional he is.

When Trump spoke about not serving in the military, it took me back to that timeline ... when men would do anything to get out of the draft ... and they did. Jewish from NY ... we all knew the war in Vietnam was a loser, costing men and taxpayers more than they could afford ... until the next ... as, on and on, we go fighting battles in places where we don't belong. It would be nice to hear his plans on resolving the issues he's addressing - illegal immigrants and the terrible treatment of returning war veterans ... if only he could temper his thoughts and emotions before he speaks ... Our program is really ridiculous.

In the achy breaky world of country music, we find Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. Once upon a time, there was love and romance, but it was never meant to last - the relationship dying after 4 years, if not earlier. Why did everyone predict they were going to divorce? It was the obvious sadness you experienced when you saw Miranda. Her energies read "disconnected" - happy on the outside - sad within. It may take a while, but she will find another man, have a family, and find happiness in the world of country and western music where everything seems to be about a broken heart, cheating, and drinking.

About Cuba and the US ... This will be a long bumpy road to peaceful coexistence but it's a start.

Weird Horse-Cows and 6-Legged Sheep Found in Iron Age Burials   Live Science - July 20, 2015

Weird, "hybridized" animal skeletons, including a cow-horse and a six-legged sheep litter the bottom of storage pits in an Iron Age site in England, archaeologists have found. One pit even holds the bones of a woman with a slit throat laid on top of animal bones, the scientists said. The unusual remains belong to an ancient people who lived in southern England from about 400 B.C. until just before the Roman invasion, in A.D. 43, said dig co-director Paul Cheetham, a senior lecturer in archaeology at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. It appears that the people dug the pits to store food such as grain near their dwellings. They had "no decent way of refrigerating stuff" back then, and the chalky earth would have provided a cool storage area.

One night of sleep loss can alter clock genes in your tissues   PhysOrg - July 20, 2015

Previous research has shown that our metabolism is negatively affected by sleep loss also linked to an increased risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Since ablation of clock genes in animals can cause these disease states, our current results indicate that changes of our clock genes may be linked to such negative effects caused by sleep loss. The researchers do not at this stage know how persistent these changes are. It could be that these changes are reset after one or several nights of good sleep. On the other hand, epigenetic marks are suggested to be able to function a sort of metabolic memory, and have been found to be altered in e.g. shift workers and people suffering from type 2 diabetes.

Showrunners and Spoilers

It's that time of the year - after Comic Con - after the up fronts - after production has started - that I read the spoilers about the fall TV season. I know some people wouldn't consider a peak at spoilers, but not me ... I just keep investigating ... It never spoils anything for me ... To the victor go the spoils.

Along the way, I kept seeing the word "showrunner" so I searched it ...

In the United States television industry, a showrunner is a person who is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a television series - although usually such persons are credited as executive producers. The term is also occasionally applied to people in the television industries of other countries. The showrunner is at the opposite end of the staff hierarchy from runners, who are the most junior members of the production team, although showrunners are sometimes (often humorously) called runners for short. A showrunner's duties often combine those traditionally assigned to the writer, executive producer and script editor. Unlike films, where directors are in creative control of a production, in episodic television, the showrunner outranks the director. The term showrunner was created to identify the producer who held ultimate management and creative authority for the program.

I also learned about changes to some of my favorite shows (I haven't reviewed them all yet). Sadly "Person of Interest" will go from 22 episodes to 13 and may be the last season - no one seems sure ... bugger and yet after they clear up the current AI mess ... where is there left to go? Sameen Shaw (Sarah Shahi) will be back. You can watch this on YouTube ... in the Comic Con interview with the cast this month.

Remember Walter Bishop on Fringe? Actor John Nobel will now co-star in "Elementary" as Sherlock's father. Lots of cool British and Australian accents.

Nashville had some cool spoilers ... more focus this season on music.

I'd love to be a showrunner. Maybe I am ... just in another format ...
