In recent months, the CBS daytime talk show "The Talk" has become one of my favorites. I record the show and watch it later in the day if time permits. I enjoy the ladies' take on current issues and surprisingly have grown to like and respect Sharon Osbourne.
Tuesday, on the second day of Season 5, actress Sara Gilbert, 39, announced her pregnancy much to the surprise of the cast, their guests, the production crew, and the audience at home and in the studio. We know talk shows are rehearsed but this came out of the blue and that's what made it such a special moment for everyone. Tears of joy flowing from everyone's eyes, even mine. Congratulations.
Also announcing her pregnancy this week was Princess Kate across the pond. On Monday's show Sharon Osbourne talked about her discussion with Queen Elizabeth after the announcement was made. It's fun being a mommy but just as much fun being a grandma.
It's all about programming. It's about the issues people view on reality TV and associate with their own lives. It's about the insanity in the world today.
The human drama is based on abuse and healing. It's how we roll and let me tell you souls of very tired from all of it. We know the people ... we know the patterns ... we know the tools needed to try to heal and on and on and on.
Tuesday's headlines were about Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice. Rice punched his then-fiancee (now wife) in the face, the blow knocking her unconscious. This goes to so many issues its hard to keep track. This is another reason surveillance is so important. It changes everything.
When it comes to celebrities in sports or entertainment, many abuse substances, themselves, and the people around them. The story of Ray Rice is convoluted and like everything else is filled with cover-ups. He most likely had abused her before and would definitely cheat on her, which may have started the fight.
Boys are taught not to hit girls which goes to bullying ... rage disorder ... and other psychological problems. But girls also carry the same issues and can be meaner and more crazy than boys.
Look at the incident of JZ in the elevator with Beyonce and her sister, Solange Knowles. Solange went after him, but he never laid a hand on her. It told me that she has a pattern for this type of behavior and he knows how to deal with it. It also shows me that he is not crazy and loves his wife.
Let's get to the matter of abuse in relationships. It can be physical or emotional depending on how the psychological makeup of the people and how they interact with each other. A non-functioning relationship, brings out the worst in both people, each calling the other crazy.
You know the reasons women stick around and allow themselves to be abused - codependency, money, children, the fear of being along, the work involved in breaking up, ego issues, and so on. There are enough blogs, articles, books, and films out there about it.
Life is about experience, emotions, and learning by association. If you're a woman who's been physically abused by a man, you would feel anger at watching the video of Janay being punched by her husband. It's hard to say why she married Ray but I'm sure in part she loved him, and then there's the money and celebrity. I've read wives of NFL players and they put up with more than you know.
I've read many abused women and what I concluded after trying to help them and show them what is wrong - is that this is the way their destinies are programmed and nothing I can do or say will make a difference until their programming for abuse ends. On that day they will wake up, pack up, and leave. This not only applies to romantic relationships, but also to family, and friends.
More and more you are reading about things I've always blogged over then past 19 years. The brain is a computer. Life is about DNA programming and experiencing emotions. Today people hope to find the tools to help them heal, but DNA is DNA and nothing will change that. All you can do is ... put a lid on it ... then a psychological or spiritual band-aid on it ... then hope for the best. Always remember that dysfunctional people will always be dysfunctional in relationships ... they get bored and sabotage.
To believe that Ray Rice is the only football player who has hit his girlfriend, or wife, is ridiculous. He just happens to be the one who was program to get caught at this particular time and face the repercussions. Many people believe that celebrities are over paid, overly glorified, and basically crazy. Like anything else in life, there's going to be good guys and bad guys, and that's what makes the world (hologram) go round. In that one moment ... in that elevator ... everything that was meaningful to Ray Rice disappeared. How many others are there like him out there?
The verdict for Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius is less than 24 hours away.
It's hard to believe the NFL didn't see the video until Tuesday. True or false they were programmed to that end, just as we are in our personal experiences within the hologram ... as is the hologram itself. Everything, including the hologram, has a scripted beginning, a plot, and an End. ....
September 10, 2014
It all started 13 years ago when al-Qaeda attacked the US on 9/11/01 thus setting in motion the war on terrorism that may never be resolved. It was a new insert in the hologram ... one that would move through the 21st century.
On the eve of the anniversary of 9/11, President Obama will address the nation about the ISIS crisis and his plans to deal with it. I assume information will be given on a 'need to know' basis. Obama's speech details his plan to degrade and destroy ISIS - a complex challenge in an unpredictable region. With ISIS overrunning Iraq and finding a safe haven in Syria, Obama will make his case for going on offense. At least he is not asking for round troops as we just don't have it in us anymore to fight another losing battle.
Syria ... all we read about are atrocities as people struggle for freedom. Are these the troops Obama hopes to train to do battle with ISIS? None of this makes any sense to me. I like Obama, but the day he sends US ground troops back into Iraq, it's over between us.
A recent poll by the Wall Street Journal shows that 47% of Americans feel less safe than before the 9/11 attacks. To me this represents the fact that Americans are waking up in more ways than one, to the greater threats, not just by outside influences, but by the government itself. The games are stepping up and you have the chnageto get affront row seat.
Surveillance holds the key to truth and yet it causes more havoc. There are watchers and there are watchers, and all we do is keep playing as if can make any difference at all to the final outcome.
The poll also says that at the present time 2/3 of Americans believe we should confront the ISIS crisis head on. I say kick their asses, but not with ground troops. With today's weaponry, there's no need to endanger and destroy the lives of Americans.
The current beheadings of two Americans is the most followed news story in the past five years, but then again look how social media has updated the way we report and receive information. There's no time to concoct or cover up lies. The truth is out there and we will find it.
