Destination Meditation








Decide on a place that you would like to visit to relax and meditate. It may be a location you visited in the past or something you've seen in media. Find this image on a tablet, cell phone, or computer, and bookmark it. You might also want a hard copy to carry with you. In the future, whenever you feel stressed, find the image, relax, close your eyes, and go there. Your brain will get conditioned to finding balance and peace within that image.
