In case you missed the memo ... many places moved their clocks back one hour this morning at 2 AM.

I hope you enjoyed Halloween if you celebrated. Matthew and Noah were here visiting then went home to trick-or-treat with their friends.

We welcome November and with that comes a change in the energies. Not sure why but everything feels different today. Do you feel it?

The temperatures in the city are going to be warm this week - in the 70s - as once again we enjoy nice days while many other States are faced with flooding and tornadoes. Somebody doesn't like Texas.

Speaking of Earth changes ... one of the more interesting stories last week was 'Crack In The Earth' Opens Up In Foothills Of The Bighorn Mountains. I wonder if there is a Native American end-time prophecy or prediction linked to that event. This is also not far from Yellowstone. Bighorn Medicine Wheel

The Mets lost Game 4 last night and at this point will probably lose the series but at least they got to play in the first World Series ever at Citi Field.

Runners will cross over the Verrazano Bridge as the New York marathon begins. It's overcast and cool enough to make the race comfortable for them.
