Labor Day

Monday September 2, 2013

Happy Labor Day, if you are celebrating today. The economy is always a major focus but this week highlights with NEW - a new month, the Jewish New Year, a New Moon 13° Virgo, which will affect us as an even bigger game is at play ... a new war.

What happens if President Obama doesn't get support from Congress to attack Syria? The world watches and waits for the next move by Congress. It seems so weird that now Obama suddenly waits for Congressional approval in what is a far more significant play than Iraq and Afghanistan, among others. There is far more at stake here than most realize. Also ... I don't understand prolonged wars in this timeline. Let the war games continue and rest assured this move is vey important.

I am opposed to war after decades of seeing what it does to Americans on so many levels, not just today, but for generations to come if you look at the timeline probabilities. I never thought we should be fighting on foreign soil unless attacked and in today's world ... go in ... go out ... use drones not the military ... and do it quickly. Yes ... I know about collateral damage but sometimes the end justifies the means. I never thought I'd say, "Let's get 'um," as we can't afford another war - but the Assad regime is out of control and chemical warfare affects, not just one region, but the world. Are we taking sides reminiscent of World Wars I and II? Chemicals from attacks in Syria will disperse into the air and travel to neighboring regions. This also applies to the fallout from the radiation leak at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant, smoke from wildfires in Yosemite that are expected to last for months, volcanic ash from active volcanoes, among others.
