Tesla X

If you could design the perfect car - what features would it have? Safety should be at the top of your list as so many people are hurt and killed on the road each year. Of course that would take away from this pattern ... life changing financial settlements ... thus leaving people to find another way to get money without having to work for it. There is always a method to the madness.

Would your perfect car drive itself? People are trying this concept which can be scary to those of us who like to feel in control and have driven for years if not decades. The question remains ... would you trust your life to a car that drives itself? Maybe not today but perhaps in the future.

How would your perfect car be powered? Done with gasoline dramas? For sure.

Ellie visualizing ... My perfect car would have the ability to fly with the option to drive itself. It would have all kinds of cool tech and could get me anywhere in record breaking time thus doing away with air travel and its issues. The next step ... a portal.

Tesla X in the news ...

Tesla unveils Model X electric car with Falcon Wing doors   BBC - September 29, 2015
Silicon Valley electric car-maker Tesla has launched its third model to date - a sports-utility vehicle distinguished by its double-hinged "falcon wing" rear doors, which unfurl themselves upwards to help parents put their children inside. The Model X was unveiled nearly two years later than originally scheduled. The firm's chief executive Elon Musk acknowledged that the "difficulty in engineering" some of the parts involved had been greater than he had originally expected.

The $130K Tesla Model X is Badass - Review   Tech Crunch - September 30, 2015
It will be billed as the world's quickest SUV - 0 to 60 mph in as little as 3.2 seconds. But it also has the extra space of a crossover, and some key innovations like a windshield that lets you see the sky above you and one of the most sophisticated passenger air filters seen in a car. Top speed is 155 mph.

Weather

What else are we watching in this neck of the woods? After 3 great months of amazing weather ... well needed rain is on its way followed by Hurricane Joaquin over in the Atlantic Ocean. If you lived through Hurricane Sandy you might revert to emotions associated with that event - but this is not a rerun - just a storm to keep an eye on and prepare for.

The Atlantic Blob

Cold Atlantic 'blob' puzzles scientists   CNN - September 30, 2015
At first glance, it stands out like a sore thumb. That blob of blue and purple on the map. One of the only places on the globe that is abnormally cold in a year that will likely shatter records as the warmest globally. It's being called the Atlantic "blob." It's a large area in the North Atlantic that is seeing a pronounced cooling trend. The ocean surface is much cooler than normal and in fact record cold in some locations. Scientists began to notice it developing over the last couple of years, this cooling in the Atlantic is the complete opposite of the warming over in the Pacific. Much of the warming is attributed to El Nino, a natural process where warm water sloshes over the Central Pacific and extends to South America, but scientists are unable to completely explain what has been dubbed the Pacific Blob. This pronounced warming over large areas of the entire Pacific basin has fueled a well above average season for hurricanes and typhoons over the entire Pacific, and could have contributed to everything from the California drought, impacts on the salmon industry, and even tropical sharks seen in waters further north than ever before.

Planned Parenthood

Today is the final day of the U.S. fiscal year. Congress is expected to pass a stopgap spending measure to keep the government running through December 11. If they don't, the government will shut down at midnight which I don't see. Conservative Republicans don't have enough votes to stop the short-term bill that extends government funding at current levels and that doesn't include language to end federal funding for Planned Parenthood.

About Planned Parenthood - I first took an interest in its programs when I taught High School to minority teens back in the 1980's and 1990's. Planned Parenthood was often a life changer for many of these teens whose lives would have been greatly altered had they not had options presented. Many went on to build careers - often in health fields - and have made a difference for themselves and the families they created as adults. I appreciate when they remember me and come for readings. As of late we discussed Planned Parenthood then and now.

We know nothing ever remains the same - life always creating dramas which institute change. That's the pattern ... which itself is destined to change.

A few of the women carry guilt from having an abortion back in the day. This is part of old thinking about killing a child - old beliefs generally linked to those with emotional problems - superstitions and religious issues - and bad programming that has made their lives overly challenging. They may understand the hologram on a mental level but are not as yet designed to get it emotionally.

Edward Snowden On Twitter

But joining the Twitterverse Edward Snowden established even more firmly as a major figure in the public discourse about surveillance and privacy that he jump-started in June 2013.

The @Snowden handle had been taken by someone who hadn't used it in three years, so Twitter was contacted, and agreed to turn it over to Snowden himself. I decided to follow him for now to see what he has to share. Could he be a political game changer in 2016?

Tuesday Edward Snowden sent his first-ever tweet at noon, asking, "Can you hear me now?" Twitter's newest high-profile user just might push the issue of domestic surveillance back into the presidential campaign's conversation. One Republican candidate clearly did. Within the hour, former New York Gov. George Pataki had retweeted the NSA whistleblower, calling him "a traitor who put American lives at risk."

When bringing truth to the public - on any issues covered up by a government - one runs the risk of putting people's lives in jeopardy. On the flip side - the turn will always come out and yes people will get hurt but will grow from that experience as well. Today the world fights for freedom and truth.

Memory

Dementia, Alzheimers, and other related diseases are about memory ... the ability to remember. Taking this to the hologram ... it's about remembering who we are and why we are here. The brain is a computer based on binary code - programmed to remember everything when the hologram ends.

Scientists to bypass brain damage by re-encoding memories   Science Daily - September 29, 2015
Researchers are testing a prosthesis that translates short-term memories into longer-term ones, with the potential to bypass damaged portions of the brain. The prosthesis, which includes a small array of electrodes implanted into the brain, has performed well in laboratory testing in animals and is currently being evaluated in human patients.

Tuesday - Testerone Tests

How many players below will fail their test?

Focus now is on meetings at the UN General Assembly as Putin and Obama went at it yesterday about Syria. It doesn't appear they are any closer to a solution for Syria and its refugees, despite two speeches and one reception. The migration crisis is likely to become much more dire, as the many thousands that have been displaced will soon face much colder weather and no one has an answer.

Today, Obama and President Raul Castro hold their first formal meeting since the U.S. and Cuba restored diplomatic relations in July. Obama will also lead a summit meeting on countering the Islamic State militant group and other extremists. The president of Ukraine will address the General Assembly at a moment when the crisis in his country is drawing less global attention but is far from resolved.

The force and focus once again turns to Politics ... Ellie deciding to watch events on fast forward as politicians and others play out their roles with passion and we watch as if an elimination in a reality show. An NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows that Vice President Joseph R. Biden would be the most popular presidential candidate if he were to join the race, though I hope he doesn't. CNN says that Mr. Biden has an open invitation to participate in the first Democratic presidential debate next month. This gets tedious and as you and I know ... no one can fix things though many will try.

Today, Congress will try to pass a temporary spending measure that would avert a shutdown of the federal government on Thursday which saves the bigger political feuds for the weeks ahead. Isn't that why Boehner was forced out? The bill does not include language cutting off federal financing for Planned Parenthood, which some Republicans badly wanted. Planned Parenthood's president, Cecile Richards, testifies today before one of several congressional committees that are investigating the group's practices. From what I have read, Caryl Fiorina has her facts wrong on an issues she keeps pressing. Carly and Hillary are really strange. Carly has such nervous energies I can only watch her a few seconds. Hillary is living in delusions of her own grandeur. Testosterone husband Bill ... we all know what he did and I don't just mean Monica. He was a very naughty boy and needs to be punished... :)

Tech

Google will unveil new devices and Android software. We're likely to see its latest Nexus smartphones and an update to Chromecast for streaming web video to TV sets. Keep it coming boys. Someone has to develop a teleportation device soon ... or is that another secret project ... portal style ... to the moon or Mars ... where they just discovered evidence of flowing water. Ya think!? Isn't it time to give up the answers to bring something called "hope" to the people of planet Earth? Does the word "redacted" ring a bell?

Tesla

Tesla Motors, the maker of electric cars, will release its much-anticipated sport utility vehicle, the Model X, tonight at its factory in Fremont, Calif. People love Tesla and still talk about his research as if he was going to channel it from the grids ... maybe he is. Much of his research was confiscated by the government at the time of his death, so one never knows. It almost goes to reverse engineering if one knows the true extent of what he developed. Every time I blog about him, white pigeons appear outside my window. As I sit here now they are back. "Hello boys!"

High School Sports

As I live not far from New Jersey - the talk is about high school football player Evan Murray, 17, who died Friday night of a lacerated spleen. One of my friends has a son who played football with Murray. This also takes us to concussions and their aftermath on athletes. Coaches are mandated to take a series of health-related courses, including those focused on basic first-aid, CPR, concussions, and heat acclimation. Students play for many reasons from ego to scholarship money, to please parents who lives vicariously through their children, and more. Again, we stop and wonder if it's worth the risks.

Entertainment

On Broadway, I hope to see the hit Broadway musical "Hamilton," one day - a good seat is now going for $250 + parking which is up to $60. Nothing is cheap these days.

I've watched many new and returning TV series over the past week and continue to do so - 24 give or take - and surprisingly liked them all. None of the reality shows are now - or will ever be - on my list, but I hope to see the finale of The Voice. I can record 6 shows at a time on my DRV's which covers everything. As you know I record shows then watch them without commercials - fast forwarding the chase or violent scenes - so it doesn't take long to watch that many shows each week. I watch sports as time permits and listen to the news or The Talk while I work or clean. FYI - I still do all of my own cleaning. Yesterday I watch a cute new commercial with a little old Jewish man named Morty and his wife and a Swiffer duster.

Crystal Reunions
on the Full Moon

Millions of people around the world enjoyed watching the eclipse - some basking in its energies - as well as those related to Pope Francis' visit. Was his presence a shift linked to Catholicism, Spirituality, or Reunion in a world of lost and wounded souls?

As a full moon brings things full circle, Sunday I was contacted about three long lost first cousins from my Crystal bloodline.

My Crystal grandparents had 11 children - two of whom died very young. My father was the fifth child and the first born in the US originally from Russia.

As the years passed, some of my cousins remained on the east coast so we stayed in touch as I grew up, but little by little they moved to California or died and we lost touch mostly due to our busy lives. Today the internet would make it easy to connect, but that was decades ago.

The youngest of the 11 siblings was my aunt Cecelia who died in her 40's and so the connection severed as her son Doug and twins daughters Mindy and Nancy grew up. Today they live in Los Angeles and are very close. They had long wanted to find cousins from their mom's side of the family but didn't connect until one of them joined an ancestor search group called 23andMe.

My cousin Richard and his family - who live in the Bay area of San Francisco - stayed in touch from time to time and always felt connected. When our 98 year old aunt Rose Crystal died September 2001 Richard came to NYC. You may recall the deceased Crystals coming to me in the cemetery - my aunt Rose pointing to the World Trade Center and telling me many people were going to die. A few days later 9/11 happened.

Recently Richard joined 23andMe and connected with Mindy. Yesterday Richard couldn't wait to tell me about our long lost cousins.

After speaking with Richard I called Doug, a retired engineer who had much to share. Today I will speak with Mindy and then Nancy. We are now 5 remaining first cousins who hope to have a reunion one day next year.

It's weird but when Doug emailed this picture with his cat - what came to mind was Schrodinger's Cat a thought experiment - and how much Doug looks like my father.

Pope Francis surprised by warmth of Americans and devoutness of the faithful   CNN - September 28, 2015
Pope Francis has returned to Rome, leaving the United States with "a heart full of gratitude and hope" after a hectic trip. The Pope packed a lot of hugs, handshakes, blessings and political admonitions into a period of less than a week that took him to the halls of Washington power, the U.N. General Assembly and drew throngs of admirers to hear him celebrate Mass.

Stage collapses around Carly Fiorina   CNN - September 28, 2015
Washington (CNN)Part of a stage collapsed Sunday while Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina was addressing a crowd in San Antonio. The backdrop portion of a stage Fiorina was standing on fell around her as she spoke to the National Association of Women Business Owners. "It appears the drapes and poles fell. Carly wasn't injured," Fiorina spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores said in an email.

Missed Supermoon Total Lunar Eclipse? Next One Due in 2033   NBC - September 28, 2015
Skywatchers had something to howl about on Sunday: a supermoon total eclipse. Not only was it the best and last opportunity of the year for Americans to witness any kind of eclipse, but this particular phenomenon is extremely rare, happening perhaps five times a century. The last supermoon eclipse was in 1982, and there won't be another until 2033. Beginning at 8:11 p.m. Eastern (5:11 p.m. Pacific), the moon - currently full and at the closest point in its orbit, making it an extra-large, extra-bright "supermoon" - entered the shadow of the Earth, darkening it until only light refracted around the planet falls on its surface. The redness of this light gives the moon a rusty color, resulting in the nickname of this type of eclipse: a "blood moon."

Farewell Pope Francis

Saturday September 26, 2015 -- 8:44 AM EDT -- (Numerology ... 9.8.8.8.8)

The helicopter "The Osprey" - half-plane half-helicopter - carrying the Pope - just flew over the Verrazano Bridge on its way to JFK Airport. CNN reports the pope is taking an aerial tour of the city. His helicopter was accompanied by several helicopters with white tops. I quickly captured this picture. The 78 year old pope looks tired but he'll keep the energies going this weekend on the last "leg" of his tour (he has sciatica). He is living his mission. The Pope is now on his way to Philadelphia.   Syria's civil war prompts first 'Doomsday Vault' withdrawal   CNN - September 25, 2015
The horror of Syria's civil war is familiar to most, thanks to the ghastly images of death and destruction -- and most recently, of fleeing refugees -- that have played out across our screens. But the conflict's ugly effects have now reached far beyond the devastated streets of Syria and the crowded camps where its refugees huddle, and into the unlikeliest of places: deep below the frozen tundra of an Arctic island.

Pope Francis in America

Panorama of a spectacular pink sunrise spanning across the sky

Friday September 25, 2015

It's another picture perfect day as Pope Francis continues his American Pilgrimage in NYC. What a day in history this will be. There is nothing like the power of the people here in the city - many taking a day off from their daily lives and dramas to share in this memorable experience. We will remember the Pope's direct connection to the people, especially the children and the afflicted, riding in his Popemobile and humble Fiat.

The Pope's trip reminds me of my early days in metaphysics when I traveled to experience the energies of a location (power grid point) ... connecting that with other locations in the grid ... which branched out endlessly as the energies flowed. This is what I get from Pope Francis as he visits around the world sensing a feeling from him that he lives each day to the fullest as if it could be the last. He goes without fear thrusting he is protected ... and like many of us he is here on a mission. His historic journey is more about healing than religion for millions of souls trapped in the confines of physical reality.

To me the prophecy (legacy) of the Pope being here now was set up at the beginning of the hologram - as we come to the end - soul evolution remaining on the forefront of our journey in the physical. Today aligns with many other powerful religious and global events such as Yom Kippur and the meeting of 170 world leaders at the UN General Assembly. It's like a game of connect the dots (as in grid points). The mission feeling prevails I want to make a difference but for most it's their personal journey. For the Pope and world leaders - healing and consciousness awakening is on a global scale. In the end ... it all plays out as was preprogrammed ... spirituality combined with math and science for a happy ending.

Pope in America

The Pope's pilgrimage to America is historic on many levels. His direct connection to the people - as he stops and embraces the crowds - creates a flow of interconnecting energies that seem part of what is supposed to happen in this timeline. This is more about healing than religion for millions trapped in the confines of physical reality.

My grandson Noah welcomed Autumn outside his home in Westport on his 10th birthday

Happy Birthday Anna

Wednesday, Pat and I took Anna (on the right) out for dinner on her 66th birthday.

Reminiscing about the past 20 years was hysterical. Anna and Pat are still into energy work - but not like the old days.

Sunday Anna completed two 6-month courses in Feng Shui and Bach Flower Remedies sharing great stories with us.

I don't drink but loved standing in front of this bar for pictures.

Today was the first day of Autumn as the sun moved into Libra.

Hajj Gone Wild

Religious customs always seem outdated and often ridiculous to me when truth should and will be known one day soon. This month I blogged about the energies of Hajj. Today we find ...

Stampede kills 220 at Hajj pilgrimage near Mecca   CNN - September 24, 2015
A stampede during one of the last rituals of the Hajj season has killed at least 220 people and left 450 others wounded. The stampede occurred during the ritual known as "stoning the devil" in the tent city of Mina, about two miles from Mecca. Hundreds have been killed in past years during the same ceremony. The stoning ritual is done over at least two days, where pilgrims stone three pillars at Mina -- believed to be where the Prophet Abraham stoned the devil when he tried to dissuade him from obeying God's orders to slaughter his son. According to tradition, the event was a test from God, who gave Abraham a ram to slaughter instead. Thursday was the third day of the Hajj. Ten days before the start of Hajj this year, a construction crane crashed through the roof of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, killing 107 people. At least 238 others suffered injuries when a powerful storm toppled the crane. Losing one's life during the Hajj season is considered by many devout Muslims as an entry to heaven.

Hajj stampede: At least 310 killed in Saudi Arabia   BBC - September 24, 2015
At least 310 people taking part in the Hajj pilgrimage have been killed in a stampede near the Islamic holy city of Mecca, officials in Saudi Arabia say. Another 450 people were injured in the incident at Mina, which occurred as two million pilgrims were taking part in the Hajj's last major rite.
