The Revenge Affair
An old pattern is resurfacing ... the married person who has an affair because their partner had one first. And then they come for a reading and speak of being betrayed by their spouse and how hurt they felt and how they turned to another for comfort and sex only to discover a truth about themselves and the two other people involved.
There are those who are programmed to be monogamous and others who cheat - with a former partner, a co-worker or neighbor, a same sex friend who is gay and already out, online sex, or just as simple as healing the wound by going to a bar and finding something or someone to ease the pain.
Revenge Affairs are usually designed to be found out by the person who cheated in the first place. There are clues, from cells phone messages also used as a GPS device to track the partner - to texts, to email, to physical evidence. Nasty game this is.
Revenge Affairs never work out and most parties involved generally get hurt. Once they begin ... the cheating often becomes a pattern, the marriage eventually ending. It takes lots of therapy to try to work things out ... the emotional aspect of the betrayal usually lasting a lifetime. And with that ... is anyone really happy?
Smallest Penis in Brooklyn
I can't imagine why any man would want to show the world that he has the smallest penis, but this event is good Public Relations for the King's County Bar on a Saturday evening in the summer. Most of my clients from Williamsburg work in creative fields and can't afford to live in the city, or chose not to. Williamsburg also has a huge Hasidic Jewish community, of which I also have many clients who originally lived in Borough Park. So who will have the smallest penis and who will take the measurements?

For proof, look no further than the first-ever Smallest Penis Contest at King's County Bar in Williamburg Brooklyn, New York, on July 20 at 5pm. According to a Craigslist ad seeking "less endowed men" to prove that "good things can come in small packages," the contest will be "pageant style" and involve "talent, evening wear, and swimsuit elements." And this won't be just another pissing contest, either. As the Village Voice notes, winners will be selected by a "small member expert panel." Entrants must be 21 or older and must be present the day of the contest (no photos or remote entries), the ad states. They also "should be comfortable getting hosed down while wearing only skimpy underwear."

On Monday June 3, 3012 - ABC premieres a new series called Mistresses . It's about the scandalous lives of four female friends and their involvement in an array of illicit and complex relationships. There will be 13 episodes for those who get into the drama. The four friends find support and guidance with each other as they brave their turbulent journeys and life's storms of excitement, secrecy and betrayal, all the while bound by the complex relationships they've created. It reminds me of Sex and the City.
