Winter

Forget about the calendar date - winter has arrived in much of the northern hemisphere - a polar vortex heading our way. If you are in the path of ice, snow, and plummeting temperatures - stay safe.

Let's hope this is not a "snow job".
Trump and Pence promise a winter of wholesale change   CNN - December 8, 2016

Trump has been discussing plans for the January 20 celebration with Mark Burnett who produced his TV reality show The Apprentice. Burnett suggested Trump fly to the Washington ceremony by helicopter and that he hold a parade on Fifth Avenue in New York City, but other members of Trump's inner circle say the event will be simple. We shall see. Nothing about Trump is simple. I don't see a parade.

TIME Person of the Year for 2016 is President-elect Donald Trump

This will be the best of times or the worst of times. Trump is an "ends justifies the means" type of guy so we shall see. I say he's going to "bring it". You can't take his tweets as policy. Its his way of venting at those who attack him and the fastest way to get his message out. Much of what he is doing now will be quickly reversed. Back in the early days of Crystalinks I did some online work with a man in Texas who was friendly on the phone, but his emails were vicious as he was venting due to personal frustrations. It was like he was two different people. I quickly ended our association. There is a world of people on social media who do the same thing. They love to argue. Constructive criticism is one thing but lashing out - generally using bad grammar, spelling, and ALL CAPS - is awful. Delete.
