Hi Santa! It's Christmas Eve and so far the sun is shining in Brooklyn. ... I'll be leaving for Westport, Connecticut soon to be with family on Christmas Eve. There's lots of hazardous weather conditions predicted around the country, so please travel safely. Enjoy your Christmas wherever you are, whatever you are doing.

We have a beautiful tree in the lobby of my building this year where some residents still

honor the memories of those who died on 9/11, and now those lost in
the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shootings on December 14, 2012.
