Video: 2 women hurt when sign collapses onto sidewalk in Brooklyn

Here's what happened on 4th Avenue in Bay Ridge yesterday just a few blocks away from my home. Two Russian woman got hit by an awning that collapsed on them near the library after they took an ESL class. Thankfully they survived. ESL (English as a Second Language) has to do with communications.
Can one look at the symbolism as something to do with Russia interfering with US freedom as we come to the 4th of July? This comes at a time in American history when Russia has been tampering with our electoral system and probably other things that take away from our freedoms as a nation.
