Hawaii 5 Uh-oh

Is there a conspiracy theory here or was it just human error? We have become conditioned to believe that everything reported is a lie. From paradise to panic ... The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency sent an alert to cellphones on Saturday urging people to take shelter because a ballistic missile was headed toward the state. For some it was a reminder of the attack on Pearl Harbor bringing the US into WW II. But it was a false alarm. Not surprisingly, the alert caused widespread panic, coming at a time of heightened tensions with North Korea. Security experts called it a frightening warning of how a technical error could trigger an unintended conflict with North Korea.

People, who live in Hawaii, are there on a spiritual journey or vacation, had a wake-up call about reality. I don't see an attack but it takes you back to Pearl Harbor and something in each of us that further awakens to the fact that we are in end times as each event stirs the soul. The real threats are natural disasters as Hawaii sits on the Pacific Plate - earthquakes and tsunamis just ahead. If you believe that meditation and the like can change the consciousness grids, you've been reading too many self-help books. Wake-up. That is your prime directive.

Football Playoffs

Last night, I watched Tom Brady and the Patriots beat the Titans. I just love watching Brady play. My daughter Nikki and family in CT. are New England fans. We segue to my daughter Zsia and her family in NJ Steeler fans since college. My son-in-law Jon and grandson Dylan are at the game today at 1pm EST. When your home teams have a really bad season - you go with your children's teams. Brady just makes it look easy - it's almost as if he manipulates time. I love the magic about it.

Martin Luther King Day Weekend

Celebrations honoring Rev. Martin Luther King Jr's legacy began Friday and continue over the next three days. Shot down 50 years ago, on April 4, 1968, King dedicated his life to speaking out against injustice, inequality, poverty and war. Museums and other cultural institutions are planning special programming to mark both the King Day of Service on Monday and the day of his assassination, notably at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, which built itself in and around the Lorraine Motel, where King was assassinated. Ceremonies in other parts of the nation will also honor his memory.

As with everything in this reality King's life was a duality sometimes veiled in conspiracies and lies. When someone is that powerful, seeking to make a difference, there are always underlying ripples of truth mixed with fiction. I remember his words and the day he died as the country mourned. Two months later Robert F. Kennedy would also be assassinated. We all have a dream ... but now it's time to wake-up.

President Trump is spending the weekend at Mar-A-Lago. Viewed by many as a racist due to his remarks and behavior before and after coming into office, this week Trump showed his true bias with foul rhetoric about Africans and Haitians, shocking people around the world. For others, we know who he is and his views on life. Scandals will continue to surround Trump until the end.
