I just watched "Rossen Reports" on the Today Show. Jeff Rossen talked about hidden germs at the gym. We are right in the middle of a vicious flu season with concerns about getting sick from going to the gym to get healthy ... but gyms can be hotbeds for bacteria. Jeff went to a gym and used his geometer to find out what's going on. You would be shocked how high the germ levels are. I suppose after working out one may not have energy to clean the equipment so he suggests you do it yourself before using anything. Germs in gyms: Which popular machine is the germiest?
