I am a happy person. Why? It's all about good genetics (programming), lots of laughter inside and out, finding the diet that works without being over analytical about it (humans are so judgmental and analytical and all they get for it is stress, illness and pain), lots of sleep, avoiding drama and drama people at all costs, feeling free, and appreciating my role in this aspect of the hologram. I've written 20 years of blogs about what to do, read thousands of people, and taught many workshops, but I never forget that we are a programmed bio-genetic experiment that is about to evolve out of existence. If you're not programmed to get it - no matter what your age - you will really soon so carry on with your life and "Wait for it!" George asked if I would leave before the hologram ends. No way! We all go together.
