Scandal and Homeland
I watched both series from the third season on never becoming emotionally invested in the melodramatic characters. It was political intrigue and amazing performances that held my interest as both shows come to an end within 10 days of each other.
The series finale of Scandal last night did not disappoint. The best way to watch it was to continue on with Jimmy Kimmel who dedicated his show to not only the cast and finale but to the humor connected to the political dramas that are playing out in real life today which often appear as scripted.
