2016 Democratic National Convention Day 3

President Obama's address tonight will aim to bolster Hillary's standing with voters, but it will also represent the start of his farewell. Without his unifying presence, or the focus on health care, Democrats are searching for the party's next great project.

Did Trump encourage the Russians to hack Hillary? I mean her email? Yes he did.

The keynote speeches were predictable - same characters - different venue.

2016 Democratic National Convention Day 2

Hillary Clinton officially became the first woman to be nominated for president by a major US party. As a woman I should be happy, but that's not what I feel. I simply don't buy into any of this.

Hold on everybody. Just Aron posted this on my Facebook ...In 1872, Victoria Woodhull was the first female to run for President of the United States

Hillary hailed the moment in an address from her home in New York, telling women at the convention, "This is really your night." But some of her advisers say that overemphasizing the achievement could backfire - a video casting her as a worthy heir to the women's rights movement was pulled from Tuesday's convention lineup. In polls, Hillary is showing enormous weakness with a group that represented nearly half of all voters in 2012 - white voters, particularly men, without a college degree. Until Hillary entered the 2016 race, it had been decades since a former secretary had sought the White House. The post, though, could unintentionally lead to running the nation - the secretary is fourth in the line of presidential succession.

Bill Clinton delivered a deeply personal speech, talking about his wife's life and career,
while Hillary's aides try to prepare for his possible role as White House spouse.
