Relax as you would to balance and calm your mind.


You might want to listen to music.


Take two long slow deep breaths.


See yourself as the person sitting on the stone.


Close your eyes and see yourself slowly move through the water
and into the heart and sky.


You might find a message waiting for you
or just experience a moment of peace.
